GoogleWe had the opportunity to discuss our conditions with Alicia Osborne Carey from CM Lettings today. She is by far the most diligent, kind and responsive agent I have ever spoken to. She went the extra mile and pushed the limits of her service to ease our concerns. After having spoken to many cheeky and rude people from so-called reputable agencies, Alicia was a breath of fresh air. HIGHLY recommend!

GoogleVery unprofessional and unhelpful. First viewing - agent came 15 min late, didn't have a pen to sign the documents she wanted us to sign, didn't have a Tenancy agreement template we asked for (said she will send it tonight, didn't), although the add on internet said "furnished" it was unfurnished and when asked what kind of heating is in the house, she had to look at the radiator saying "So there goes the water pipe in, so it must be gas"... Also we were told that with our income we won't need guarantors but at the end we had to have them, which delayed moving in by two weeks. Throughout the process Becky was very unhelpful, didn't answered questions in our emails, she was just telling us to hurry up getting stuff done. Didn't tell us what steps will have to be taken throughout the whole process. At one point we all got emails from HomeLet asking for our bank details which obviously seemed as a fraud since we got no info that they will contact us. So WE had to ask the agency if the HomeLet is working for them - very unprofessional. Second viewing - piles of rubbish that were supposed to be taken away are still in the garden, they just moved it in the shed. They promise again to get rid of it, but they never did. Moving in - they tell us we have been the most complicated customers they ever had (maybe because we were told we won't need guarantors but we did at the end, because it was hard to get any answers from them, and also they hadn't have the house ready (were still treating mold - two weeks after original moving in date). Moving in -When we got the keys (about a dozen) I asked the agent politely if she could tell me what key is for which door. Answer was "Why don't you find out yourself?" Jordane was on the other hand very helpful and answered all our questions in one phone call Becky was either busy or out of the office when we called her.

GoogleVery friendly, courteous and professional residential agency. The staff were friendly accommodating and my experience with them was very different from many other agencies who tend to patronise applicants and make it feel like you are putting them out for arranging viewings. The team here were always ready to show us round their available properties until we found the place we love, had a very quick turnaround to complete and didn't cut any important corners to do so. From the start the Helen and the team have been highly professional and a pleasure to deal with. We decided on the Full Management option, so that we could leave the day-to-day management of our portfolio to professionals who could provide a level of service which our tenants deserve and which allows us to get on with our lives. GoogleCm RENT and Sales, specifically Annie, have been amazing in helping us secure/complete a new rental contract. Nothing has been an issue and they have been able to answer all our questions. They have also been able to fix any snags that’s cropped up, generally within the day! A blissful experience to have had. Incredible compared to other letting agents within the area.
