They lied to me, to my mortgage adviser and to my lender. At the end they cleaned their hands that the vendor changed his mind. But the problem is they never told us that. I think they wanted to keep me in pocket in case no other buyers come for higher price. I lost my chance of my life losing 3 months with them until we find property, have an offer, and then we start the process. I had also concerns with lack of communication, not true promises and reassurances and also private personal information which is leaked to them from their mortgage adviser which I never gave my consent to be shared to them. I feel totally crushed.
