Avoid at all cost. I've experienced selling and renting out my property with them. Lack of response, transparency and incompetent. They charge you arm and a leg for a meager service. Of course they will refute this but save yourself the nightmare.

GoogleAwful company to deal with. Gave back a non refundable deposit. Would not take down advert on rightmove when they have no right to advertise my property. Steer well clear of them.
