Nikki Brand of Williams Harlow certainly knows her stuff! If we had listened to another local agent we would have undersold our house by a huge amount. Nikki knew exactly who to market our house to, and achieved a very quick sale for us. She kept in touch throughout the sales process stepping in when needed to keep things moving. I would definitely recommend anyone wishing to sell their house in the local area to give Nikki a ring before they do!
