I recently sold my property through Williams Harlow and the service was excellent from start to finish. Adrian, the manager, was outstanding - highly knowledgeable, extremely experienced, and genuinely thoughtful in tailoring the marketing and overall approach around my circumstances and timings. He remained in contact throughout and provided clear, grounded advice at every stage. The whole team were an absolute delight to deal with. Amanda, who secured our buyer, went above and beyond! She was professional, incredibly dedicated to achieving the best outcome and also very kind and caring. Sharon was also very impressive and hard working, as were Harry and the rest of the team; a pleasure to deal with. My only small piece of constructive feedback would be that when staff are off, it would be helpful if brief notes could be left for colleagues so they can follow up in their absence and updates aren’t delayed, but this is minor compared to the consistently high-quality service I received. This meant it took just over 2 years to purchase the property in total. As a first time buyer, this was all very new to me but thankfully Sarah is very knowledgeable, approachable and helpful which made the whole process so much easier.
