They have helped to get the most out of my rental portfolio and always make time to update me on changes with the legislation so I don't get caught out. GoogleI recently purchased a property from this agent in Cheam, and I have to say that Sandra Ciarleglio couldn’t have done more to help on what was at times very stressful , but Sandra always kept me informed from the start through to the end when she handed me the keys to my new home along with a bottle of pressecco ! GoogleImpressed with the speed and efficiency of their work. We dealt with Lisa who was brilliant throughout. Always clear, welcoming and easy to speak to. She organised everything for us and found a suitable tenant at the first opportunity. My initial impressions have been very good.
