I was extremely impressed with Williams Harlow from the moment I decided to use them as my agent. So professional. I mainly dealt with Sandra and she was utterly charming and always kept me informed. After every viewing she called with feedback which was so helpful, and I felt like I was kept in the loop at every stage of the selling process. The viewings were also done by the core staff, not Saturday staff, which makes such a difference. I have now moved to Brighton, so sadly would not be able to use them next time, but if I am ever back selling or buying in Cheam/ Sutton, I would not use anyone else. Thank you so much again.

Meeting Jason and Sarah I knew we had made the right choice in choosing Williams Harlow Cheam office to sell my dads house. Their professionalism and consistent updates made the whole process so much easier. Any calls made to Sarah Edge were always returned if she were out of the office and both my nephew and I never had to chase for any progress reports it was always one step ahead. This gave us complete satisfaction and no stress at all. The sale went through quickly and the recommendation to use their solicitor Howell Jones proved just perfect. Selling a house in the pandemic was one thing, but trying to find a forever home was the most frustrating process ever. Sarah straight away was on board in helping us to sell and buy. We moved fast and everything was completed to such a high, professional standard. We went under offer straight away and Sarah delivered on what she said she would, finding our forever home. What followed was a huge team effort to beat the stamp duty, countless obstacles, listening to me get frustrated and being nothing short of amazing! We placed our house on the market with Williams Harlow Cheam Office in January 2021. From the very start we were so impressed with the service we got from them. Everytime we called they were available and willing to answer any questions we had and were so good at updating us at every step phoning and emailing us. We had some delay with regard to exchange of contracts and Sandra was amazing making lots of calls everyday below and above the chain to try and get answers for us as to what was going on. It was through her determination that it finally happened and we exchanged! we can't thank her enough! We were very impressed with Jason the manager and all the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly , courteous, helpful and informative . Linda , who works there and is also our neighbour , recommended Jason to us to market the house. I had complete confidence in the whole team throughout the process of selling my late mother’s house. William Harlow staffs were very professional. They never made us feel uncomfortable and have helped us with every step of the way. Although there has been few hiccups encountered during the purchase of the house it was smoothen out as much as possible with their negotiating skills. They were helpful in getting the boiler checked at the house as well as in chasing vital information. Sandra Ciarleglio was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process. She was always available to answer our questions and to show us the house any time we asked for. She is an excellent negotiator with a very personalised touch. Highly recommended!

We cannot recommend this estate agent enough! Professional on every level, fantastic photos and marketing of our property. We were overwhelmed by the amount of people that came to view our home. The staff at the Cheam branch Sandra and Nicki were so friendly and really knew their market, nothing was too much trouble for them. No flashy sales techniques or pushy attitudes. They understood that even though you’re selling your property it’s still your home until that sold STC sign goes up and they genuinely want the best for you. Sarah was absolutely brilliant. I have been looking for a property for a while now and having dealt with several agents and not been impressed, Sarah was a breath of fresh air.
