GoogleLisa was very efficient and organised during the process of completing the works on the property and handling the viewings for new tenants. The other staff in the letting offices were also helpful when requesting information. All aspects of the lettings procedure was explained clearly and fully. GoogleWe would like to give a very big shout out Williams Harlow of Cheam who helped us sell our house in Worcester Park. They provided us with 5 star service, excellent! The team starting with Jason Kates (branch manager) who gave us trustworthy advice, based on his years of experience and knowledge, and making himself always available to keep us calm. The rest of his team which included, Sandra (who so kindly walked us through the final part of completion and exchange) , Linda and Sarah, who were also available for advice and ready to follow up any queries we had. GoogleA friendly, approachable team of Jason, Sandra, and Sarah. I do feel the initial valuation recommended by the selling team was a bit low, this was proven by the fact our flat eventually sold at the exact price of the first recommended listing value. We suggested listing the flat 10k higher than the team suggested. Aim high rather than low! The fact their fees are only 1% means they just want a quick sale, because to them 1% of an extra 5k-10k isn’t much! We did reject an early offer but it did take quite a few months after this to find another buyer, however I appreciate that for 2 months of the sale period we were in a national lockdown and things may have slowed down. I think communication between the team members could have been better, a few occasions we were asked questions that were explained previously to another team member. We needed to chase up a few things as well. Overall despite a few faults along the way I would recommend them because of the reasonable value and it’s a friendly local business.

Naturally hindsight can be a frustrating thing when moving home, when we advised you to accept the higher offer at the start of the year it was early days in the marketing process and in a lockdown, added to the fact the mortgage market had very few products available for leasehold properties eliminating many first time buyers from the market. GoogleSandra, Sarah and Jason have been looking after the sale of my mother's flat for 18 months, during the difficulties of the pandemic, and with added difficulties of slow and occasionally inefficient solicitors. The flat is in the process of a successful sale as I write this. I owe them more than I can say. They have been friendly, approachable, they have always kept me fully informed, found ways through the above difficulties, and it gives me the greatest pleasure to recommend them whole heartedly. They have been simply terrific.
