GoogleFrom start to finish the service from Wards has been great. Kenny George and his sales team (including Adam Copas) were friendly, helpful and professional and got our house sold in record time. Kim Batchelor did a great job in managing the process of our sale and purchase - continually moving things forward, making things happen and keeping us up to date. GoogleWards in Walderslade have made a stressful process so much easier, the staff from the the branch Manger Kenny George, Sam Bahia and Kim Batchelor the Sales Coordinator have made time for us, listened to our concerns and worries and made us feel that nothing was to much trouble, would fully recommend that if your thinking of selling your house make Wards in Walderslade your first choice you won’t be disappointed - we certainly wasn’t!!!

GoogleI was very disappointed with the the service, as after viewing a desirable property twice, i did not receive the promised phone call to see if I was interested in putting in an offer on said property, instead I was only informed, after my asking the question, that the property has already had an offer accepted.. We would always advise if customers like a home they have seen to act quickly and contact us to show their interest, especially in the curent market place. The volume of activity at present has meant the teams are managing a very high volume of incoming telephone calls, emails and visits to the branches and may miss the chance to chase you. Sellers are keen to move at present and with a lack of property for sale - they are not very patient in waiting for us to make all the calls we would want to make to chase for feedback.
