GoogleSold our home through Wards, had it's ups and downs but Kim Batchelor was on it all the way through. She was supportive and to us certainly went above and beyond her role. With COVID and the pandemic the increased volume in sales solicitors / surveyors / mortgage companies have has made the process elongated and I don't know how we would have been able to help our buyers and sellers if it wasn't for the great work all our sales progressors do. GoogleReally happy with the excellent help from the Walderslade team of Wards. Starting off with Debbie who found our dream home, to Kenny who continued to persevere with us looking and looking and looking after that home sold to someone else within the same week. Sam showed us round several houses too. Then just when we gave up hope of finding something we truly were happy with, Kenny got back in touch after 6 months of thinking the house we wanted would never come back on the market, he called me straight away and said, it’s coming back on the market, are you still interested? Kenny’s passion, humour and determination are an asset to you. Then we were introduced to Kim who was kind, helpful, and ultimately guided us along the stressful path with solicitors etc. Such a great team that Wards have, thank you to everyone!

Our journey to move into our home took 2 years of drama, but the dedicated team at wards-Kenny G, Sam Bahia and Ben helped us through the entire process. GoogleThese guys are just the best. From start to finish , they were an absolute pleasure to deal with - totally professional whilst being friendly and accommodating at the same time. I feel like we are good friends now and actually look forward to popping my head round the door to say hello!
