Our Sales Co-Ordinators, Kim and Anouska are truly amazing, they have such a difficult job trying to reach solicitors, other agents in the chain once the sale goes under offer along with any third party that may also been involved. Having watched all 3 of them work, they never seem to put the phone down, juggling 2 calls sometimes at the same time, along with replying to emails and dealing with customers in the office, yet they all keep smiling.
