I honestly can’t recommend Wards of Walderslade enough after the experience we’ve just had. We’d previously been with a rival agent, and to be honest, they left us absolutely hating the whole process of trying to sell; it was frustrating, impersonal, and just a total headache. Switching to Wards was like night and day. The team, and especially Anna, completely turned things around for us. What I appreciated most about Anna was her straightforward honesty; she never gave us the usual run-around and was always totally transparent, which was such a refreshing change. She didn't just go through the motions; she actually listened and ended up finding us the absolute dream next chapter for our family’s lives. It felt like she was genuinely invested in getting us into the right place rather than just chasing a commission, and we’re so grateful she helped us turn a negative experience into such a massive win.

What can I say! Wards Walderslade!! I couldn’t of asked for a better team to help me achieve my goal of finding my first home. As everyone’s aware when looking for a house you sometimes go through a few company’s, And I’ve got to say Wards is above everyone else. Especially the guys at the Walderslade branch, most importantly Aimi,Ben & Kim, If I wasn’t keen on a property they literally had another one ready to go. Thanks to Aimi, I got one before it even went on the market, so super grateful to her. Of course! A big thanks to Kim, as a first time buyer you have a lot of questions, nothing was ever an issue. On walking into wards of Walderslade Ben was friendly and engaging and made an appointment for valuation. Kenny came to our property and again was professional but relaxed and friendly and instilled a sense that he knew his job and the propery market very well. I recently bought a house through Wards of Walderslade and was really pleased with the whole process. My partner and I had been looking for houses across several branches and were struggling to find something we loved. Whilst arranging a second viewing for a property, Aimi told me I had to view a new property that had just been listed with them and I ended up viewing it the next day. It was amazing and just as described. Exactly nine weeks later, we were moved into the home and were extremely happy we how the process went. My daughter has just bought her house through Wards at Walderslade. From start to finish the service has been nothing but professional. It had been a long process just finding the house but Kenny and Sam were always happy to talk to me (mum) on my daughters behalf due to her job. They looked out for a good place for her and helped with the negotiation. Kim then took over the process of buying and kept us well informed as well as keeping us sane throughout. After the passing of my mum, we contacted Wards to speak to them re the need to put my mums house on the market. Sam was great and extrmely empathetic from the initial conversation, through to signing the agreement and ensured kept up to date throughout the sales progress and when talking ua through the offers that we had received. Aimi and Adam were brilliant showing prospective buyers round the property and had really done their homework on the property, features so were able to answer any questions that came their way. Once offer accepted, Kim Batchelor stepped in from a sales progression perspective and was fantastic. Kim kept us up to do date on a weelkly basisz through calls and emails, took the pressure off us of chasing solicitors and managed the entire thing through to completion seamlessly. I can not express how helpful and friendly the team at Walderslade were, they have all been helpful in searching for our forever home taking into account what we were looking for. I give Walter slate branch a five stars as they have been so helpful and Kim the branch manager what can I say this woman is one in a million she has made us feel so comfortable and helped us along with with all of our transfers considering in my son has never done it before. Kim was more of a friend than someone who was helping me my house and I would recommend her to anyone because she is very caring nose exactly what she's doing she gets her job done I just cannot say enough about Kim and what she does in fact the staff in Walderslade Village outstanding. As first time buyers, myself and my husband had no idea on what to do or what the procedures were. We first initially dealt with Sam Bahia who contacted us when we initially enquired in the property we have now gone on to purchase. Sam was the one who arranged the in first place. He was then the one who spoke us through the next steps once we had put our offer in. Sam was helpful even after the offer had been put in and accepted, he would respond to my many questions that I had thought of and he would always come back with the answers whether it had been via email or telephone. Kim Batchelor couldn’t have been more helpful. Although we had great contact with our solicitor, she liaised between our solicitors and the sellers solicitors and always kept us updated and informed us with the next step. Kim was so lovely and always made me feel at ease when speaking to her, she was a friendly voice amongst the chaos. I think the whole process would have taken so much longer without her assistance and liaising between solicitors, the seller and ourselves. You always hear bad things about Estate Agents but working with Wards of Walderslade has honestly made the whole process easy and stress-free. We would recommend using Wards to anyone hesitant.
