TrustpilotPlease for your own sake, steer clear
They quite literally could not be any more incompetent if they tried. It took them nearly a week to fix our boiler when we had no hot water. I should’ve known they weren’t going to be good when we showed up to pick up keys on our moving in day and they hadn’t even cut enough keys for the 3 of us. But in a nice cyclical nature, when my flatmate dropped off keys when we moved out, they had no idea we were moving out either.

GoogleOne of the most unprofessional situations I have ever seen! Conducting viewings without knowing information about the property, handling shared ownership without knowing how it works, stupid errors on paperwork wasting my time. And all that while they lied to us about the property being ready to move in next month, while it is actually involved in a chain that will take about a year to clear. AVOID them! If you are looking for honesty and professionalism, just stay away from them!

I was the buyer of a flat marketed by them. They delayed everything so much, gave incorrect information about the lease and service charges, and mistakenly copied me in on an email from the manager to a colleague saying I was mad and to ignore me. I was mad in that I was mad about the lack of service or any professional standards at all, which nearly lost me a good buyer.

Welling Rental Dept The only reason they have got such a high rating is because I cannot give them 0.Viewed two properties with them each time being shown round by a woman called Lily, each time we explained that we wanted a move because our current home had damp/mould issues and it was not pleasant,We liked the 2nd property 18 Park View Rd and decided to make an offer.Part of the process they gave you a form to fill out. On this form it asked for special requests, we specifically asked for guarantees that this property never had problems with damp, also asked verbally. We were told by the same woman there were no issues with damp.Got the keys on 26th Oct and started moving in gradually because of work. Finally moving in fully on 22nd Nov. To our horror in less than a week of fully moving in we had signs of damp and mould in two rooms which is slowly spreading.It is a property that they have had on their books for a period of time so they would have been well aware of all issues.BEWARE and trust at your peril
