GooglePurchased a new build property from them in Chatham in December 2022 called Elysium House in Chatham and they’re over 100 snags which I am still waiting to get resolved. As soon as you’ve exchanged, they want nothing to do with you and service changes. I regret purchasing from them. Will not recommend!

GoogleAbsolutely shocking customer service. Extremely rude staff. Had a viewing booked in, made a two hour journey to the viewing only to be told that they can't show me the actual property, but they can show me one that's 'similar minus a bedroom'. Barely apologised and then was extremely blunt and rude when I said that they had wasted my time. would avoid like the plague if you are trying to rent from them.

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic from Day 1. Am mid Divorce and selling house and I had to find a rental ASAP The entire Team are with you on every step of your journey , Billy , Michelle , Steve & Matt. Other Agents in the Kent area treat you as a "number" no humanity and I won't " name & shame" but you know who you are.
Emails answered quickly and within day.
Calls answered quickly and within day and if any extra info required then you do get a response same day.
Landlords they deal with who are protecting their bricks and mortar and salt of the earth and very helpful via the Agent ( Mann ) I have not rented in a while and have had to due to personal circumstances. these guys are Top Drawer Professionals ...PS I am not a robot , I am not a friend of an employee , I am a 55 year old man going through a house sale , Divorce and needing to secure accomodation which I have done . Keep away from the Cowboy Agents in Medway / Kent who just see £ signs .
