We used Fowler and Powell to sell our house in 2023. An excellent team of people who supported us extremely well throughout the sales process. We were given sound and pragmatic advice on the approach to be taken and were impressed by their Customer centric ethos together with their chasing up of things to be done by others. We opted for a single day viewing which attracted in excess of 25 viewings and resulted in the sale being confirmed, we were pleased that Fowler and Powell managed the viewings on the day. RECOMMEND! We couldn’t speak more highly of Julien and Levi, and you’d be missing out if you didn’t use them. We tried to sell our house with another agent with no luck and switched to Fowler and Powell who sold it in a week for the asking price. If you think that’s all estate agents do (I did) then you’re wrong! These guys went above and beyond to secure and coordinate our chain. They supported and guided us at every step of the buying process and and were contactable whenever needed. Julien did the job of 3 estate agents and 3 solicitors at one point and we can’t thank these guys enough. We now have our forever home and they got us moved in just in time for our new arrival. We’ve moved around a lot and had experience of many agents in the field in Leeds and the South East, and they are a cut above any others we have dealt with. They know the market very well, spotted all the unique selling points of the property to get the right buyers, and their excellent client management kept them on board while we were finding the right property for nine months in a difficult market. We were glad to find F&P in our neighbourhood, and selected them to represent us. I would highly recommend Fowler and Powell. We have a very long process of around 9 months to buy our house, through no fault of F&P, as the chain feel through a few times. However throughout F&P were excellent, constantly providing information, if I ever called them or emailed I always got a prompt response. Without their diligence I doubt that the transaction would've ever gone through. They were also the most informed estate agent we dealt with when viewing properties. We viewed maybe 20 houses before getting our house - we found that many agents effectively just had someone with keys who sat in the kitchen whilst you roamed the house. In comparison F&P had both Julian and Levi there giving an actual tour of the house, could answer questions, and were just generally on the ball. F&P also provided small booklets of each listing to take away which was useful and a nice touch. They also had Samer from RemoUK attend some of these viewings who in the end we used as mortgage advisor who I would also recommend.

Julien came highly recommended to us from two other sellers who had both had such positive experiences with him. We were absolutely blown away by his professionalism, enthusiasm and knowledge of the housing market. His communication was outstanding from start to finish and he made the whole process really exciting, stress-free and seamless. Nothing was ever too much! He would always be there to answer any questions or offer support and advice with both the buying and selling process. He kept us in the loop the whole time. The marketing of the property was beyond our expectations with the most stunning photos taken of the house including shots at dusk, beautiful brochures produced and excellent social media posts. This was followed by a fantastic open day which was extremely successful and resulted in many offers for our home. Our house sold within days of it going on the market and that was all down to Julien’s dedication and hard work. We are (hopefully!) in our forever home now but if we could sell a home each year with Julien it would be an absolute pleasure. We would highly recommend Fowler & Powell to anyone who is wanting an estate agent that is professional, extremely dedicated and fully invested in you and your property.
