Fowler and Powell couldn’t have made our moving experience anymore seamless and hassle free. From beginning to end, Julien took time to listen to what we wanted - both from a sale and purchase. The team were contactable at any occasion, on the phone and through a really useful WhatsApp chat which kept us informed and took that need of multiple updates and passing on of information away. They provided reasoned guidance from beginning to end and worked with all the relevant third parties keeping an eye on the process in the background; pushing things along and giving us a heads up of requirements before we even realised something needed doing; meaning we were prepared, not hassled or left wondering what was happening. The team were friendly, approachable and did a beautiful job of the brochures, really respecting and taking care of a house we love! They listened to our requirements and wants and met them at every single turn. Fowler and Powell are a fantastic estate agents that really put their people at the centre of the process and take time to really listen and make it as personal and hassle free as possible. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I came to Fowler and Powell after a bad experience with one of the big chain estate agents who put a mixed bag of photos live without letting me see them first They were so different it was hard to believe. They were considerate and thoughtful, answered calls, gave advice, checked on how things were going It was like having a friend in the office Having far fewer accounts to deal with made this possible, through all the stress of sale they were genuinely supportive and helpful. Definitely the best agents I’ve come across. Absolutely excellent customer service, really communicative and responsive. They achieved 5 offers and a sale price for me over the asking price and took control of the process even down to arranging for a plumber to come to fix a leak and meeting the buyers’ surveyor for me. Also they are very nice to deal with and knowledgeable. I moved my house to Fowler & Powell from a large Leeds agency after 3 months of lacklustre service and no sale and can’t begin to explain how impressive they are and the difference in customer service - oh and in properly marketing the property! I wouldn’t use any other agent in Leeds to sell a property.

Wow! What can I say, these guys are the real deal. After having problems selling my property due to survey issues, with very little help from my previous estate agents, I contacted Fowler and Powell. From day one the service and care taken was incredible, they sorted a structural engineer to look into what had caused problems with the first sale attempt, had a report outlining what needed to be done and listed the property outlining all this. Within two weeks, I had a buyer above what I was expecting to get from the property. After I accepted the offer, communication was spot on and regular, I was always aware where we were at with the sale. The sale was completed within two months of them taking the property on. Overall a very smooth and personable experience, from two guys who really care about their clients. If you want to sell/buy a property stress free, use Fowler and Powell!! Thanks very much guys!
