GoogleI instructed Julien and Levi to sell my property in North Leeds. I must start by saying that they had only just recently started their business and prior to my initial meeting with Julien, I was a little apprehensive with instructing an estate agency that wasn’t known within the area. However, after my first meeting i KNEW that I could not find anyone better to sell my house. Their knowledge of the property market is up to date and impressive and they have gone above and beyond my expectations. They sold my house within a month of it being on the market and it has really been very stress free which is what I was looking for. They rang me regularly with updates and interested buyers so I was always in the loop. I honestly believe that I would not have received this service with so much detail from a high street agency given the number of properties they manage! If you are looking for a professional estate agent with attention to detail then I highly recommend Fowler and Powell.

FacebookWow! What can I say, these guys are the real deal. After having problems selling my property due to survey issues, with very little help from my previous estate agents, I contacted Fowler and Powell. From day one the service and care taken was incredible, they sorted a structural engineer to look into what had caused problems with the first sale attempt, had a report outlining what needed to be done and listed the property outlining all this. Within two weeks, I had a buyer above what I was expecting to get from the property. After I accepted the offer, communication was spot on and regular, I was always aware where we were at with the sale. The sale was completed within two months of them taking the property on. Overall a very smooth and personable experience, from two guys who really care about their clients. If you want to sell/buy a property stress free, use Fowler and Powell!! Thanks very much guys
