GoogleThis was the first time I have dealt with renting out my apartment. Gemma was an absolute star through out the process, advising me on everything required. Organising everything that needed to be dealt with before tenants moved in. Found tenants within the first week of it being on the market and has since organised minor repairs to be taken care of so that the tenants were happy once they had moved in.
Gemma was super patient with me and in constant communication throughout the whole process, it was a pleasure to deal with her and she got a really great outcome for me.

GoogleWe recently sold our house with Fowler & Powell, and we honestly couldn’t rate them highly enough. This is our first time selling a house so we didn’t really no what to expect but heard from many people it can be an extremely stressful and long process, this was not the case for us . From the very start the communication with Levi (and Julien) was brilliant, they set up a WhatsApp group and responded straight away if we had any concerns or queries. This was particularly useful as we relocated country in the middle of our house sale, which was stressful in itself, but Levi made us feel very comfortable with keeping us in the loop and his constant reassurance. Our house sold within 8 weeks of putting it on the market for over the asking price, this was able to happen not just through there great communication and control of the process but their personal approach meaning they had well qualified and genuine buyers. All in all, a great experience and we wouldn’t want to use any other estate agent in Leeds.

From point of first contact, right the way through to valuation, listing and sale, they were helpful, communicated with us consistently and ensured all parties in the chain were keeping on track.

GoogleWe have recently sold our house with Fowler & Powell and are currently part way through the sales process. To date, the service that we have received from them has been first class. We first started speaking to them almost a year ago, but for various reasons completed a loft conversion on our house before putting it on the market. Throughout that period Julien has been extremely helpful, keeping us up to date with the market, stamp duty deadlines and even offering recommendations of tradespeople to help us with various aspects of completing the redecoration of our house. He has kept in regular contact but has never once felt pushy. Since listing our house on the market the service has continued to be impeccable. The WhatsApp group makes it easy to contact him and he is always quick to respond. He is currently helping us find a house to purchase so that we can progress our sale. If you’re looking for a genuine personal bespoke service, agents that really do care about you and not just a business transaction and really do invest their time into giving you the best service, then you won’t go far wrong with Fowler & Powell.
They understand it’s not just bricks & mortar that their dealing with, they know there’s a back story, emotions involved for all parties and they strive to make it the least stressful and smooth as possible.
During my recent sale I really needed that extra bit of something given the circumstances, and they really delivered. From my first enquiry call, the market appraisal meeting, the viewings day, they really stood out from all the other estate agents. And have really made what I was dreading would be a difficult stressful occasion into the best it could possibly be, and achieved great results too. A very different experience to my previous sale with a different agent.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends, in fact you hear so many good recommendations locally, people probably already know how good they are. Professional, personable, thorough and willing to go that extra mile.

Honest, trustworthy, honorable, hardworking & committed to ensuring their tailored sales process runs efficiently & smoothly. As the seller I reassuringly received the best service & result possible.
My experience with other more prominent agents in the Chapel-A area consisted of explanations on 'their' results the quality of 'their' brouchures & how great 'they' were..basically all about them.
On meeting Julien it was the complete opposite, he asked specific questions calmly & confidently about what I wanted, what I was looking for & what my outcomes & expectations were. I knew straight away he would be doing the same with buyers & agreed on the spot to enlist him to sell my house.
Although I mainly dealt with Julien I was left more than impressed by Levi, these guys are totally interchangeable both cut from the same cloth & it was on Levi's viewing that my house was sold.
Julien then liaised constantly between myself, the buyer & both solicitors ensuring any issues were resolved quickly because to these sales professionals a house is not sold until contracts are exchanged.
I know these guys will do really well & deserve success, they have raised the bar on what to expect from the house sales process. They really are REAL estate agents.
