Disappointing experience with Frost Partnership

A very disappointing experience during our tenancy period as tenants as the agents were very rude and not cooperative at all. At the end of the tenancy another clerk did the checkout and had no idea about the check in report as was done by a different clerk when we moved in. There were already cracks to the door and when we sent the pictures they refused and did not listen. Therefore, a large amount was deducted from our deposit and did not make any sense as we only were at the property for 1 year. There were a few things but not to this extent. In addition, the door number and the intercom number were different and this made it difficult for deliveries to come to the property due to this misunderstanding. So watch out before renting with Frost Partnership.

Anthony Prokopiou has been absolutely fantastic throughout our house sale especially at a very stressful time that our family was going through. The team did everything that they said they would do and were so professional. Anthony was especially helpful with the process after the offer had been accepted and acted as an excellent go between for us and the buyers, I felt I was in safe hands at every step. He is straightforward and honest but also very warm and humble. He also went out of his way to help out by recommending right people for the house clearance etc.... once the exchange was done. I purchased my home through Frost GX. Matthew Craft is simply the best estate agent I have ever dealt with. He saved the sale of my property which was being sold via another Local estate agent by taking over discussions with a very awkward and difficult buyer. My own estate agent was not able to do this and my buyer walked away but Matthew managed to get him back to purchase my property. Matthew worked until late into the evenings and kept all parties informed at all times. I have never dealt with such a difficult sale and purchase and would like to thank Matthew for keeping me at the table as there were times when I just had enough and wanted to throw in the towel. I realised that when deciding on an estate agent to sell your property you need someone that will do their utmost for your best interests and Matthew certainly does this at all times for his client and even for others in the chain. I will never use another estate agent and regret that I did not use Frost in the first place.

The Frost Partnership have been our Management agents for over 10 years. Their team of Letting agents in particular Caroline have been outstanding in getting our property rented quickly and smoothly. On the Property Mangement side I have to call out Ciara Jewsbury. Her customer service and attention to detail has been outstanding. She has worked diligently on getting issues resolved quickly, has been super responsive and shown great leadership. If I could give them zero stars, I WOULD.

If I could give them zero stars, I absolutely would. This also applies to Mackenzie Homes management in general as sometimes it’s hard to distinguish the difference between these two companies. Disgusting and appalling service, especially from Pooja. She is not helpful with any issues that arise during your tenancy. She only reaches out to you when it is beneficial for her. Firstly, when I first moved into the property the balcony was disgustingly dirty. The building has a massive problem with pigeons and to simply put it, they made a mess everywhere. There was pigeon poop all over my balcony for weeks on end. I was unable to use my balcony for WEEKS after I moved in. Then they finally decided to sort someone to clean it after weeks of me complaining and nagging them about it. Secondly, the building then had plumbing issues which resulted in waste pouring down in the garage directly onto my car. It took them MONTHS to sort this issue after complaints from tenants. The building STANK of poop for months. The management kept saying they are not responsible for this problem and it’s Thames water’s fault and they kept going back and forth for weeks before finally fixing it. Lastly, Pooja will continue to harass you even after your tenancy runs out. She shows no empathy towards any issues you might be going through. She is only chasing a commission and if you happen to stand in her way, she will do everything in her power to make you feel bad. She sends unprofessional emails and threatens to inform third parties of your personal situation which is not quite legal. They will try to scam you off your money and make sure that you don’t get your deposit back. They will add some “interest” rates to your rent and will justify it with saying it is in your contract. Please if you ever decide to rent with them, make sure that you read the tenancy agreement multiple times and understand every single point as they will make things up as they go. I would not use their services ever again even if they paid me for it. To conclude, the whole experience was quite literally $hit.

Negative move out experience

Moving in was absolutely fine and I had no issues at all. Unfortunately, moving out was a completely different experience. They tried to deduct as much as they possibly could from my deposit, charging extremely high prices for things that were honestly ridiculous. They even attempted to take utility bills from my deposit before they had been emailed or sent to me, and before I was even aware of the amounts. I ended up winning the appeal, which says enough. I was recommending them at first, but the way the end of my tenancy was handled has completely changed my opinion. I understand contracts and fair charges where things are left behind, but instead of being honest with pricing, they go straight for the highest charges. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with how they tried to get money out of me.

Landlords be aware I had never used…

Landlords be aware I had never used them before April this year and in 30 years of property rental business I have never come across such an unscrupulous and unprincipled team of amateurs. The tenant introduced was a complete con man who paid no rent from month 3 and Frosts still send landlord statements with rent collection fees when they have failed to collect any rent for six months! I should have kept my property empty rather than rent it out through them.

?????????? We used the Frost Partnership at Chalfont St Peter to buy a property. We were very attached to our old property and after viewing 50 houses and bungalows had still not found ‘the one’. This placed us in a precarious situation as we had to vacate our old property within just under 8 weeks. Anthony Prokopiou at Frost had been showing us a few properties and soon skilfully worked out what we were looking for, even though we didn’t know it! As we started to lose hope of ever finding the right place and also facing the impending inconvenience of having to rent a property, Anthony took us to our first viewing of our current home, which we fell in love with instantly. He also advised us he would do everything in his powers to ensure we moved on the same completion date as the property we were selling. True to his word, Anthony advised us on every aspect of our purchase, and pulled out all the stops to get us there, often going the extra mile, recommending surveyors and arranging other types of surveys we requested, to an extremely tight deadline. Anthony is extremely professional, helpful and most importantly genuine- we can’t thank him enough for helping us through a very stressful time, which however has been 100% worth it! Anthony and the whole team at Frost’s in Chalfont St Peter have shown us what it means to receive a highly professional and customer -focussed service. Thank you!

Chalfont St Peter:- a team that really do go above and beyond all expectations!!! My husband and I can't recommend Frost CSP enough! After just a short time of looking we were fortunate enough to find a lovely house in a beautiful road in CSP - we were also very lucky that Frost were looking after the sale!
