I purchased my home through Frost GX. Matthew Craft is simply the best estate agent I have ever dealt with. He saved the sale of my property which was being sold via another Local estate agent by taking over discussions with a very awkward and difficult buyer. My own estate agent was not able to do this and my buyer walked away but Matthew managed to get him back to purchase my property. Matthew worked until late into the evenings and kept all parties informed at all times. I have never dealt with such a difficult sale and purchase and would like to thank Matthew for keeping me at the table as there were times when I just had enough and wanted to throw in the towel. I realised that when deciding on an estate agent to sell your property you need someone that will do their utmost for your best interests and Matthew certainly does this at all times for his client and even for others in the chain. I will never use another estate agent and regret that I did not use Frost in the first place.

The Frost Partnership have been our Management agents for over 10 years. Their team of Letting agents in particular Caroline have been outstanding in getting our property rented quickly and smoothly. On the Property Mangement side I have to call out Ciara Jewsbury. Her customer service and attention to detail has been outstanding. She has worked diligently on getting issues resolved quickly, has been super responsive and shown great leadership. If I could give them zero stars, I WOULD.

If I could give them zero stars, I absolutely would. This also applies to Mackenzie Homes management in general as sometimes it’s hard to distinguish the difference between these two companies. Disgusting and appalling service, especially from Pooja. She is not helpful with any issues that arise during your tenancy. She only reaches out to you when it is beneficial for her. Firstly, when I first moved into the property the balcony was disgustingly dirty. The building has a massive problem with pigeons and to simply put it, they made a mess everywhere. There was pigeon poop all over my balcony for weeks on end. I was unable to use my balcony for WEEKS after I moved in. Then they finally decided to sort someone to clean it after weeks of me complaining and nagging them about it. Secondly, the building then had plumbing issues which resulted in waste pouring down in the garage directly onto my car. It took them MONTHS to sort this issue after complaints from tenants. The building STANK of poop for months. The management kept saying they are not responsible for this problem and it’s Thames water’s fault and they kept going back and forth for weeks before finally fixing it. Lastly, Pooja will continue to harass you even after your tenancy runs out. She shows no empathy towards any issues you might be going through. She is only chasing a commission and if you happen to stand in her way, she will do everything in her power to make you feel bad. She sends unprofessional emails and threatens to inform third parties of your personal situation which is not quite legal. They will try to scam you off your money and make sure that you don’t get your deposit back. They will add some “interest” rates to your rent and will justify it with saying it is in your contract. Please if you ever decide to rent with them, make sure that you read the tenancy agreement multiple times and understand every single point as they will make things up as they go. I would not use their services ever again even if they paid me for it. To conclude, the whole experience was quite literally $hit.

Negative move out experience

Moving in was absolutely fine and I had no issues at all. Unfortunately, moving out was a completely different experience. They tried to deduct as much as they possibly could from my deposit, charging extremely high prices for things that were honestly ridiculous. They even attempted to take utility bills from my deposit before they had been emailed or sent to me, and before I was even aware of the amounts. I ended up winning the appeal, which says enough. I was recommending them at first, but the way the end of my tenancy was handled has completely changed my opinion. I understand contracts and fair charges where things are left behind, but instead of being honest with pricing, they go straight for the highest charges. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with how they tried to get money out of me.

I've recently been agreed for a tenancy through Frost Partnership and the whole experience was excellent! The viewing with Rona was well organised and felt safe with Covid-19 precautions being made. Communication between us was smooth and the whole process was taken care of very quickly! Rona went one step further and arranged for the tenancy to start from my birthday as it was coming up about the same time and even surprised me with a welcome box of chocolates! Absolutely made me smile so much. So grateful for that especially at this very difficult, stressful time. Highly recommend!

Landlords be aware I had never used…

Landlords be aware I had never used them before April this year and in 30 years of property rental business I have never come across such an unscrupulous and unprincipled team of amateurs. The tenant introduced was a complete con man who paid no rent from month 3 and Frosts still send landlord statements with rent collection fees when they have failed to collect any rent for six months! I should have kept my property empty rather than rent it out through them.

I purchased a house recently through Frost Partnership and I had a great experience with them. Alex Grace was really helpful all throughout, he was very friendly, highly professional, approachable, very prompt and swift in responding. I felt like he was there to help always when needed. I had few conversations with his other colleagues in his office also sometimes and felt all were very helpful and nice. They recently found suitable new tenants very quickly for a property I rent out when the existing tenant gave notice very suddenly due to redundancy. We started our moving plans just before Covid so things were very protracted and there were some hold ups buying into a new build property. Franky Vicars dealt with us throughout starting with viewings and the ensuing difficulties. We found her very competent,reliable,reassuring and understanding when we were stressed.
