Awful estate agents in Lincoln. Dont actually care about there tenants. Listen to your voicemails but don't get back to you with a serious emergency. Say their phones open at 9 but cant ever get through till 11am? Really disgusted with how I've been treated by them and wont ever choose a house off them again!

Do not trust Sutton and Ashfield branch. They only care about their money and not your property. They lie alot for the simplest of things. They had left me out to dry and I wont advise any on in that area to trust them. Dont make the same mistake like I am.

Wasted a 4 hour round journey to view a letting believing we would be first come first served but no. Obviously our money isn't as good as people that drive better cars. We even offered 6 months rent in advance (£9k). Blamed on the owners no doubt but not impressed at all!

Uninterested. They put your property on rightmove at their inflated valuation and wait until the price is reduced to its true value then pretend they have done something. They don’t suggest anything that might create interest. Absolutely useless
