I rent my house out through Bairstow Eves, Chafford Hundred and Conor looks after the entire service for me. This is my 3rd year having Conor and I'm absolutely thrilled with the service he provides. Conor has excellent knowledge of the local market and gaves me suberb advice throughout. Conor goes above and beyond to find the right tennents and did fulfil an addition check (above the strict standard checks) that I requested to put my mind at rest as he fully understands how important it is to find tennents that will look after your property. Conor took care of everything and is experienced, the entire process ran smoothly and entirely stress free. He even contacted me when he wasn't working to keep me updated as he really does care about providing the very best service. All the lettings team Conor, Nick and Bev are professional, efficient and very friendly, they really can't do a better job. Thanks again, Nick, Conor and Beverley.

Agents are incentivised to back-stab each other perhaps?

Here's the feedback I left on their corporate website just now...I am posting here since I doubt any action will be taken from their customer feedback forms."Your branch level system and staff seem to be very disorganised. I made an appointment to view the 3-bedroom flat in Manor Road, London E15, via Zoopla. Eli - the lady from the local branch called me almost immediately to offer an appointment for 3 pm Saturday. Someone else picked up my call when I called to confirm that I'll attend with my wife at that time .. said he would email me as he could see my details on the system. No email was sent. Then, this morning, I called to try to reschedule the appointment only to be told that it has been cancelled! No one called to inform me - I would have made a 3-hour-fruitless trip to the address. Moreover, Vasili, who answered the call, could not find any of my details in the system - and it was only when I persistent that he bothered to look into "another" system where my details were... he promised to email me, but that toom hasn't happened. I suspect that there is internal competition within your agents which is incentivised to not be helpful if a client has been tagged under a different agent(in this case Eli). Either way, you have a lot of coordination problems to sort out. I am awaiting an email from Vassili in the meantime..."

I am very satisfied with the services received. Viewings are organized very quickly, and agents react seriously and specifically to any questions asked, because they know their business perfectly. When I found a suitable apartment for myself, formal procedures were organized without difficulty and in a timely manner, and within a few days I already knew exactly the date of moving in. On this date I came to the office and after 15 minutes, following all the formalities, I received the keys. The next day I received a phone call and offered an internet service for a tenancy period without a contract as well as assistance with energy providers and council tax. Also told what to do in case of household malfunctions. Thank you very much for the services provided. Thanks to everyone who works for you, they are good, pleasant, sociable and friendly people. I wish you all the best. You are the best real estate agents with whom I have had to communicate. Thanks a lot!

Didn't market property at all, despite all Bairstow Eves claims of a full sales marketing strategy of Essex/London and countrywide inc Rightmove etc they did nothing other than informed 2 parties off their database by phone and expected an easy sale and a quick £6k fee. Can't believe there is no option to give Bairstow Eves Chafford Hundred NO STARS !!!! Strongly advise against using Bairstow Eves estate agent for property sales. • This review bares no reflection on their Letting team

Avoid any cost! Worst agency experience ever. Verified a couple times of what apartment we would like to view, and drove almost 250 miles to get to Nottingham to see it. First of all, the agent forced us to wait for almost half an hour, showing apartments to other people. Then showed us the wrong one. When we asked to show what we booked (we presented emails, a Rightmove account with clear proof of what we booked) agent advised that would not show it (it was right in front of us!) because in her system we booked for another one and she cannot just open the door and show it! We never met such a stupid agent. Online support did nothing. Terrible! Wasted money and time

Absolute rubbish experience, booked my appointment the day before which was confirmed over the phone. And on the day when I have checked with Trevor apparently I have lost my spot without even telling me about it. so I was meant to make two hours journey to Coventry and they don’t even bother to let you know that the viewing is off the table. I certainly will not ever deal with this Agency.

I had the misfortune of dealing with…

I had the misfortune of dealing with the Bairstow Braintree Branch, and it was an experience I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. The sheer level of rudeness and unprofessionalism displayed by the individuals at this branch was utterly appalling.During my interaction with them, I made an offer on a property that had not yet exchanged contracts. Instead of treating my offer with the respect and courtesy it deserved, I was met with disdain and condescension. They had the audacity to label my offer as "reckless" without any valid justification or reasoning.I strongly advise against anyone considering using the services of Bairstow Braintree Branch, especially if you encounter the 01376320000 number. This branch's complete lack of professionalism and basic courtesy is an embarrassment to the real estate industry. Save yourself the headache and frustration and look elsewhere for competent and respectful real estate professionals. Bairstow Braintree Branch has lost a potential customer for life, and I hope others will heed this warning and avoid this company at all costs.

Spying on you asking personal information has non acting agents.

They call you without saying who they are spying and acting like it’s your estate agent selling your home that you have chosen. I’m positive they are breaking data protection has they impersonate another acting estate agents. It’s not until you say can you conform who you are when you’ll be surprised to see it’s a spying estate agent asking for personal confidential information from you. I’ve recorded the calls to send onto the ombudsman has it’s against regulations.
