Professional and dedicated

I highly commend Mike Driver for his hard work, focus and professional approach during my property sale. The process itself took an exceptionally long while due to factors which were completely outside the control or infuence of Brian Thomas Estate Agents, and during that time Mike remained positive and dedicated; when the property needed to be re-marketed, this was actioned immediately and with enthusiasm.Mike's communications and updates have always been clear and timely. In the latter stages of the sale - which was somewhat fraught; again not of BTEA's making - he liaised closely with all the parties involved to get the whole thing finally over the line.We developed a good working relationship very early in the process and I would be very happy to place further business with Mike should the possibility arise.

When we decided to sell our home we…

When we decided to sell our home we approached four local estate agents in Chadwell Heath. We wanted to see which one would be most helpful in marketing the property, easily reachable, fair agency commission and be able to sell our home quickly. Out of the four we felt that Mike at Brian Thomas was the one for us, and we were not wrong. Within a couple of days of marketing the house and one day of viewings, we had received 7/8 offers of which 3 met our asking price. Following Mike's very sensible and experienced advice we accepted one of the offers and the sale went through within two months from start to finish. Mike and his colleagues in the office were very helpful and we would like to thank them very much for their assistance in helping us sell our house very swiftly and efficiently.

Five Stars for Brian Thomas Estate Agents Having decided to sell my house in…

Having decided to sell my house in Goodmayes, Essex I was recommended Brian Thomas Estate Agents by friends and I am pleased to say that the service I received from the company was excellent. From the first meeting that I had with Paul Wallace, the agent whom I dealt with, the whole journey was most satisfactory. The one issue, that was out of his control, was waiting for responses from potential buyers and other people involved in the process. Whenever I spoke to other members of staff I was always dealt with in a very efficient manner. The service I received was very professional which made me feel very reassured. I would be most happy to recommend this company.

Service was amazing

Service was amazing, highly recommend these estate agents. Mike Driver, the branch manager, was great from start to finish. We appreciated his honesty, transparency, and his willingness to go above and beyond. He helped us chase the vendor's solicitors and was responsive over the phone. The staff were also very helpful and lovely, taking great notes and collaborating with each other well.I highly recommend, and will look to contact them again if we are in the market again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They were exceptionally helpful when my first buyer started to mess me around, gave me good advice. Found another buyer very soon and although it felt like forever, the process was around 12 weeks.
