Made an offer on property a year ago which was accepted but was pulled from the market soon after as seller circumstances had changed and needed to stay put. I ask Mike If he could let me know if and when its back on the market. 9 Months later I get that call. I'm now living in that property, appreciate that callback and will always be grateful for that.
