GoogleUnprofessional estate agents, came to do valuation on property. Offered no valuations on the day of visit, stated that they would provide valuation after researching the following day. Whereas other estate agents do the research before the day of valuation. Agent also took no measurements. Chased for valuation outcome twice on both occasions told someone will contact me via phone or email. Nothing! Cowboys and Cowgirls steer clear.

Did a viewing and made an offer, never heard back from the estate agent. It’s been over a month now, I called on 4 occasions, still no call back.
Dear Mr RahmanWe have looked through our records and have found the information on your offer which you made on the 13th August and we have received two more calls from you chasing up on your offer to which we responded that we didn’t have any news. No offers have been accepted nor declined from the owner. The owner is 91 years old and is currently discussing matters with her family regarding offers and moving home. We didn’t want to push the owner in respect of making a decision as she felt quite stressed about the whole selling aspect. As soon as we have any news we will let you know. GoogleThe worst customer service. They are NOT consistent and responsible. My experience with them was so disappointing. Due to them I was about to end up homeless as they canceled the property that I was about to rent literally last minute. I would never trust this agency again.
