I have rented a property off nock Deighton for almost 6 years now and their service is great. Communication is OK although it can sometimes take a while to receive replies. I have 6 monthly property checks which have all been done by the same team member Sylvia hames, who is always professional yet approachable and friendly. She respects the property and privacy of myself whilst also listening to any concerns I have. Inspections could be improved if problems reported face to face during visits were followed up better as I would like to think the inspections work as a 2 way street.

(Bridgnorth office)We were ideal buyers, cash and with nothing to sell. However incredibly disappointed in dealing with Nock Deighton in contrast to other estate agents . They are extremely hard to contact, rarely returned calls and we felt manipulated and ignored. If we hadn't have really wanted the house we would have walked away. Our experience means will definitely not ever be using this company by choice

Firstly I would say that their sales progression team are excellent - Matthew James did a stellar job in helping get everything over the line, chasing up solicitors and helping manage challenging situations elsewhere in the chain. He is a huge asset to the ND team. The sales team were very helpful at the outset of my journey and gave me some excellent advice so I would say that whilst they are not the cheapest agents, the sales progression element was definitely worth the extra price as I know a number of agents locally have let go of their sales progression staff and this can make all the difference to your move so worth thinking about when selecting an agent. Great job Nock Deighton, thanks again!

Every procedure is quick and easy. I have spoken with several people in this company both physically and over the phone and they are all very kind, patient and professional. Yesterday I had a property visit done by Sylvia Hames who was lovely to chat with. Buying my first home has been somewhat stressful, but I can't praise Matthew James from Nock Deighton enough for everything he has done. He is extremely professional, approachable and helpful. Nothing is too much for him and he was always patient with all my questions. I don't have any experience of buying houses, but I'm sure he went above and beyond his job description.
