GoogleWe have been with nock Deighton for five years In this time we have been treated with nothing but respect and kindness. I email any concerns to Lianne and she is always there to help us with anything. She always makes sure we are aware of everything that’s going on and communicates with us in a friendly but professional manner . We are so happy that we chose nock Deighton as i we have been with other agencies and they have never been this good or sorted situations so quick. I would recommend nock Deighton to anyone. Thanks for all your hard work and making sure us tenants are looked after. X

GoogleImpossible to speak to an actual human being instead your sent link after link with automated answers for everything making you jump through hoops and subscriptions to other websites in order for them to let you view a property. Zero customer service.

GoogleLettings team were great, they got us into the house on our requested date, all paperwork done in a timely manner and Jo was great at responding to and helping with any questions or queries. The property management side we haven't really dealt with yet but I'm sure we'll have a good experience with them too!

GoogleI just wanted to share that Tom Ratcliffe who came to take the photos and make the video for the sale of my house was very professional in all aspects of the work he carried out. I was particularly impressed with Tom's recommendations on the day to 'move' certain items from the bathroom in order to make the picture/video more easy on the eye. GoogleMoving house for the first time seemed really scary and complicated.... So I thought. I found a property online and enquired about a possibility of a viewing, I was then contacted by a young man called Will who was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of arranging a viewing first of all. He showed us round the property and let us know all the relevant details we asked about. We at the same time had viewings at other houses in the following days so put our property on the back burner and looked elsewhere. Then we had decided this original house was the one, I was in Contact with Jordan who was also extremely helpful in getting our move to this property back into action, which led to us getting back in touch with Will and sealing all the relevant bits and pieces to confirm our move.
