GoogleNock Deighton managed to sell my mothers house for full asking price within 48 hours of going on the market. I was very impressed by Hanna and Jordan and they returned my calls very quickly and always very helpful. I was a bit disappointed that the after sales team were not as good and had to chase up a couple of times, but that was probably because very busy. On the whole very happy

GoogleAfter deciding to sell our 3 bedroom semi detached house in Aqueduct, we contacted James Carlon to advise us on how all the processes. It didn't take long for James to visit us and get our house on the market and was professional all the way through. James took great pictures of the house and a Facebook live video which really helped with the sale as it was under offer the very next day. Would definitely put Nock Deighton and James Carlons name forwards to anyone I knew who was selling or looking to buy a property. 10 out of 10 in all areas

GoogleOur house sale was managed very effectively: we were delighted with Nock Deighton's professionalism, patience and sympathetic support. The Telford team managed the initial sales process. Although we dealt with most of their staff, Jordan and Will deserve special votes of thanks - lovely style, very proactive and realistic negotiators. Subsequently, sales progression was in the hands of Ashleigh in the Bridgnorth office - and she handled a rapidly-changing mandate with sensitivity and pragmatism. Her communication was outstanding. All of which saw us over the finish line on time, despite a very tight schedule. A great result. The last word goes to their very experienced Principal, Hannah Brown, who sets the standard and leads from the front. Thank you all.

GoogleThe property I had seen in real life was not listed on the website even after two weeks. A search of available properties using the satellite setting of the map search reveals images that are at least 3 years old, and do not show the location of properties that are knowingly up for sale. Not a good example of how to run an estate agents. Would only use them if nowhere was available.

GoogleMy boiler stopped working over Xmas, and I was unsure of how to use the reporting to the maintenance team. Lianne Mckeever, however was very helpful, and made sure that the problem was sorted as quickly as possible. The engineers that came to the house (first to arrive was a plumber who was unable to fix the problem, the second was boiler specific) were extremely polite, professional and friendly.
