GoogleHad an offer excepted on a property and subsequently sold ours but when I called the estate agents to update them I was told they had another offer excepted on the property. We had very little communication throughout and also never asked to leave a deposit on the property which we had no problem doing. It’s only when we made the telephone call to ask for progress on the new build when around an hour later they decided to send me an email of our offer now rejected and the property sold to a other buyer. We are really unhappy with the service we have received and the uncomfortable situation we have with our buyers.
