Jess Glynn (Romans Caversham) professional, compassionate and knowledgeable. I met Jess for the first time last week whilst she was visiting my parents to help them make a change to the way they manage their property, due to the adverse effects Covid has had to their business. Jess was very patient, listened to their needs, wants and fears to engaging in a new business model to which she provided a wealth of knowledge and confidence. I am sure we are at the start of a great relationship with Romans thanks to Jess.

The Romans process generally is simple and easy to use and their utilisation of portals is appreciated because it is easier to keep track of documents etc.

My husband and I are emigrating to UK from SA and it isn't easy when you're physically not present to view potential properties - or so you'd think. Thanks to Jess Glynn, we viewed a property via video-feed while still in SA, and immediately fell in love with the place. Jess came across as very knowledgeable and professional. I've been letting my house via Romans in Caversham for 2 years, and have had really good service from Matthew Hembra and the lettings team all the way through. They helped with advise and recommendations for getting the house (and paperwork) ready to rent out, took very nice photos for the ad. There is an easy to use portal with receipts for any work done, as well as the monthly statements. As an overseas landlord it can be hard to handle a letting with repairs etc from abroad, and the good news is that I don't have to because Romans does that for me. And that's the whole point. Thank you!

Recently used Romans in Caversham to sell my property and was really impressed with the service from start to finish. It was an emotional time for us selling the family home but Romans made sure they were there for us every step of the way and ensured that the process was a stress free as it could be. Worst agency! Go to any agency but not Romans! Trust me they would be very polite and sweet until you get the tenancy and once you are all settled in, they won’t do any repairs or maintenance issues. If you get Megan or Kian as the property managers, your maintenance issues will be solved only in your dreams! We were left to deal with a potentially hazardous leak at our flat and Romans didn’t bother to look at it and they have the audacity to ask us to pay charges after check out! Don’t be surprised if they charge you a fortune after check out even after doing the cleaning the flat very well and when they themselves presented an unclean, dusty flat to us when we moved in(have email proofs) and they didn’t even offer cleaning!! The agents are all rude too. Unhappy and disappointed to an extent we had to move out or rather forced to move out of the property !! Worst experience and wouldn’t recommend even a bit! Didn’t even want to give them even 1 star for the level of service they offer!

Specifically, the effort Ayse Yerlikaya put into making this a quick and very easy process is sincerely appreciated. She went out of her way to make sure both us (as tenants) as well as the landlord get what they desire. At times, she worked until the late hours of the evening to ensure our offer is received by the landlord. Well done, and keep it up!

We booked nearly 5 views to view the property and whenever we called them to book a view they won't hasitate at all and they always helpful to show the property to us. Michael Sharp is so helpful for us for the entire process. He knows all the details in mind and whenever we call him, he will update the status of our process without even looking into his system! Such an amazing talent he has :) Michael Sharp is very professional and he talks so politely as well. They have a lovely team in Caversham and of course it was managed by an amazing leader Peter Hawley. 100% satisfied customer!
