Romans helped me find my first rental house since moving back to the UK after 8 years in Europe. This was far from straightforward due to legal red tape and the many post brexit hoops to jump through. Romans break down the whole process of renting a house into manageable bite size tasks and were on call for all questions I had. We rented a 2 bed house through Romans for 2 years. Katya Just was the property manager and was sadly very unhelpful. Was impossible to have a conversation with about the problems we experienced and would instead receive generic responses which did not help us at all.We told her we could hear and smell rats in our kitchen and it took a year to get this sorted through the landlord directly because Katya did not do anything about it.It felt like we did not have a property manager at all and we are very happy to be out of there.
