We met Kate during our property search and although we didn’t pursue the property she was selling, I was so impressed with her deep knowledge of the property and market. Her communication was great and follow up immediate. Any seller would be lucky to have Kate representing them!

I can't thank Kate enough!! The whole experience for someone who has never sold a house, was exemplary! The service from start to finish was personal and explained throughly so I knew what was going on at every stage. I can't recommend her highly enough! I will definitely be using her in the future. Thank you! :)

We used Fox-Beckett when purchasing our property in Caversham. Kate was unbelievable. From keeping us updated frequently, to printing out forms when our printer was on the blink, nothing was too much of an ask. We couldn't recommend Kate more and will definitely use her m for any future moves.

This was my best estate agent experience to date! For efficient, friendly, consistent service - Kate is ideal. Very experienced and knowledgeable to guide you through the process, communicates regularly and responds quickly to calls and queries - from the very start, to the completion. I would strongly recommend Fox-Beckett to you.

Kate you was amazing to work with, from start to finish of our house sale. Communication was great, keeping us up to date through the whole process. We even had our own little watts app group for any quick questions between us. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Her. Thanks Kate

We’ve been so lucky to find Kate and couldn’t be happier to appoint her as estate agent for the sale of our house. Kate provides 1st class, bespoke and personalised service at a very reasonable rate. Kate’s experience and knowledge of the market are outstanding. She kept us updated throughout the process and has always been available to answer our questions. Kate has continuously followed up with all the parties in the chain and made the sale process so much easier and as stress free as possible. Kate goes above and beyond and I can’t recommend her highly enough.

I chose to work with Fox-Beckett having previously successfully bought and sold with Kate. She builds a good level of rapport and understanding of your requirements and I trusted her which is important with such a big investment. Kate sold my house and helped me secure my purchase within 10 days. The process ran smoothly from there with lots of updates and communications. Highly recommended as a local agent who really knows the market and has a friendly, can do attitude.

Kate did a fantastic job selling our property in Emmer Green, always striving to provide the best service, with fantastic attention to detail and brilliant communication at all times, ensuring we were happy and fully informed from the initial meeting, to taking photos and producing details right the way through to negotiating exchange and securing completion dates. She even helped hoover my house on completion day! Always upbeat and full of positivity, she was a joy to work with, and I would highly recommend her.

Kate did an amazing job of selling our maisonette for us. She left no stone unturned in the lead up to getting us on the market which meant once we had an offer things moved incredibly quickly, much to our delight. The round the clock communication has been a huge bonus and again meant things moved as quickly as possible. Kate gave us professional advice, but was also willing to follow our lead with regard to pricing. She wasn't pushy in any way and we really felt like we were working together. If you're looking for an estate agent who is professional, has high standards and will work together with you to sell your property then Fox-Beckett will tick all those boxes.

Don't buy a house unless it's on the market with Kate... Second time buying through Kate and both times have been brilliant from start to finish. Even after we'd moved in, Kate has still been there to help us out. We were able to view the house as many times as we wanted and the communication throughout was on point! Sadly, we couldn't use Kate for the sale of our old property, but hopefully we'll be able to next time!
