GoogleWe came across Kate when viewing a house in Emmer Green. She wasn't only a super organised and knowledgeable estate agent but also extremely passionate about her profession. We were so impressed with her that we wanted to list our home only with her help. In the end we decided not to sell our home but the level of service she offers is by no means comparable to any other estate agent. We couldn't recommend her enough, deserves no less than 5 stars!
Thank you so much for your lovely review, I really appreciate it!

GoogleKate Fox was the estate agent for the house my wife and I just bought in north Reading and we could not have been more impressed. She was easy to get hold of, friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and so on the ball with the whole process. When we experienced problems in the chain she was supportive and proactive. We will definitely work with Kate when the time comes to sell our house and would highly recommend Fox-Beckett estate agents.

GoogleKate sets the bar high for any others in her sector. Always upbeat, positive, professional, effective, reliable, realistic, accessible, hands-on, helpful and a really nice human. She recognises the needs of her clients and tailors thing accordingly - how often do you get to say that about Estate Agents? she has broken the mould. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend Fox-Beckett to anyone in the property market, she knows her stuff and has a wealth of experience.

GoogleI chose to work with Fox-Beckett having previously successfully bought and sold with Kate. She builds a good level of rapport and understanding of your requirements and I trusted her which is important with such a big investment. Kate sold my house and helped me secure my purchase within 10 days. The process ran smoothly from there with lots of updates and communications. Highly recommended as a local agent who really knows the market and has a friendly, can do attitude.
Thank you so much for your lovely review and recommendation, it was so great to work with you again Rachael and wishing you a very happy new home!

GoogleKate at Fox-Beckett was impressive right from the get go. The process she went through when defining a market price for our home was detailed and showed she had done her homework on our location, house style and similar property comparison, which as well as her energetic personality and follow up made us decide to trust her with our house sale. We loved what she did to show off our house to best effect and soon had multiple visits set up and had the house sold in a few weeks. During the sale and all the way to completion her communication has been superb. Constant updates and chases completed throughout the chain. We always knew she was on the case and made the process less stressful than it can be. I would strongly advice anyone to use Fox-Beckett to sell their home.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

GoogleKate helped us with the sale of our house. We've been with a well-known high street agent for a couple of months before getting in touch with Kate. From day 1 it felt different, personal, and exactly what we needed to sell our house well: the pictures were great, the description, the viewings. In the end we found a perfect buyer quickly and all communications were smooth and straightforward.PositiveQuality

GoogleWe bought our house through Kate and she was great at every step. The ups and downs of the buying process were made much easier with Kate watching out for both buyer and vendor interests! Much as I hope that we won't need to use Kate for a while, I will undoubtedly be calling on her when one day we come to sell!
