Kate was with us every step of the way- right from our initial appointment, just after we had lost our beloved father,right up until point of sale.She kept us informed every step of the way,secured a sale within a couple of days of the house going live on the market and couldn't have done enough for us- the whole thing was done and dusted within weeks.In addition to that,she passed on valuable contact numbers to help with all aspects surrounding the sale,including electrician, removal man,valuers of books,and even conveyancing solicitors. We had reservations about using an "online only" estate agent but, given that most house searching is done online and we had heard good things about Fox-Beckett, we engaged them to sell our house. Kate Fox was impressive, friendly, efficient and very professional. She organised viewings and had offers very quickly. Through bad luck the sale turned out to be unusually difficult from the buyers side but Kate handled the whole situation carefully and guided both parties to a successful completion. She really is a lovely person and very kind while also being 100% professional and totally proactive which is vital to see everything through to completion. Throughout the entire process Kate was the only agent who regularly kept in touch with the whole chain, holding all the different threads together when everything seemed to be at a standstill. Then my friend had the good fortune to find a house that was about to be marketed by Kate.
