We had the pleasure of working with Kate when buying our new home. She made things very straightforward, was incredibly helpful throughout the process and always very friendly and professional. Our chain involved a few difficult parties, but by comparison Kate made our purchase as stress free as she could (what was in her control at least) and has continued to help us find our feet in these first few weeks by liaising with the original owners to ask them questions on our behalf. She even gave us a small house warming gift when we first moved in! All in all, I'd not hesitate one second to recommend Kate as an agent, whether to buy or sell through, as I've no doubt you'll receive excellent service!

We viewed a lot of houses in Reading before finding the one for us and so can say with some authority that Kate immediately stood out to us as an estate agent that we trusted and liked. Once our offer had been accepted and we were going through the process of buying, Kate was always on the end of the phone to help us understand where things were in the process, and actively got involved where she could, to help move things along. I cannot recommend Kate highly enough - as a property investor, I have dealt with many MANY estate agents and I can safely say that Kate has a very different approach to any agent I have dealt with in the past. At one point in the process, when I had to make a significant decision very quickly, I could sense Kate stepping back and using a very different, deeply humane and yet very professional voice, saying “only you can know what’s right for you.” That one statement sums up her FULLY! She’s here to guide and help but never to push or press. I can imagine those listing with her feel that she’s fully on their side, and magically, somehow, the buyer also gets that same sense of professional solidarity and humane courtesy at every stage.
