AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this estate agents at all costs ! had to keep asking for updates which never came. Finally made a complaint to branch manager at Chatham by mail, received in my opinion a vulgar display of how NOT to talk to an existing client. FOUR DAYS NOTICE GIVEN BEFORE COMPLETION AND THIS COMPANY REFUSED TO TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY. We had planned to give all of my wife's late mother's furniture to the British Heart Foundation, however this was not possible and we ended up having to have it collected ourselves at a huge cost and the furniture was destroyed as we had nowhere to put it. We approached RMJ to ask them to cover the cost of the collection from their £4710.00 fee but they flatly refused. Basically we now have to pay them £4710.00 for not doing a professional job. ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL AND AVOID THIS ESTATE AGENTS IF YOU CAN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Atrocious is too good a word to describe them. 1 viewer in 8 weeks of their being sole agency! They failed to answer detailed questions I asked of them. FAILED TO COMPLY WITH THEIR OWN COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE. Unable to adhere to sellers instructions. They got initial property description WRONG 3 TIMES. Even on last day as my agent, 2 out of 2 viewers failed to arrive! Del Boy Trotter could have done better. 8 WEEKS WASTED BY THEM. Recommend them to your enemies!!

I've had a very mixed experience with Robinson Jackson lettings. On the positive end they are generally easier to get hold of than other estate agents. On the negative end, they promised things that weren't delivered (photos of flat inspections etc). They also wash their hands of issues when you raise an issue and leave it to you to sort out. I left the relationship with them feeling like I wouldn't choose them again

We had a really excellent experience and service from Robinson Jackson in Orpington with an offer received and accepted within a short period of time with the property being put on the market! The property was previously put on the market with the other estate agent in Orpington for a while but However they failed to sell it and unfortunately it took quite a while to sell and I have to go back to Robinson Jackson Agents , where I initially bought the property 6 years ago . I cannot thank and praise John, Sharon , Steve and the Other branch partner of our Orpington branch enough as despite of all the worry & frustration . Sharon & John were very efficient, polite ,honest and maintained email and telephone contact throughout these difficult Pandemic worrying time which made me and my family feel we were in good and capable hands( Robinson Jackson)During this difficult time Sharon & John were helpful and came up with Alternative solutions and reassured us that they were doing everything they could to progress with the sale of our property . I can genuinely say that we as family absolutely made the right decision in going back to Robinson Jackson Estate Agents to market our property, which we bought from them and the agents met all our expectations as promised.Many ThanksStella

Very unimpressed with the service given by the Belvedere and Bexleyheath branches. I have tried to arrange viewings with both, to not get a call or email back as promised to update me. I rang multiple times to be asked all the same questions again, when there should be notes on their system. One of the agents was also very hasty on the phone, when I had clearly not finished with all my questions. It can be difficult to get through to them on the phone. There is definitely room for a lot of improvement.

TrustpilotDartford Agents wont give me my deposit back
If there was a minus, I will give to the Dartford branch. I've tried for a long time now to get my deposit back but they don't want to release my full deposit ...Reason is that I didn't confirm moving out date (by clicking a link)when there's evidence that the link didn't work and I contacted the office to make a complaint...They've got all these evidences but still wont let go of my money. Emails to the manager and no acknowledgement of my complaints. I definitely wont be using for sales/rent ever.

Swanley BranchFantastic experience selling our house with R&J Swanley. Michelle and Matt done everything they could possibly do to get the house on the market and sold as quickly as possible (after a disastrous 15 month hellish, waste of time with Wards - Eynsford, that cost us lots of time & £30,000). Nothing was too much for them and their sales progresser Terri was a credit to them. She took calls daily from me and constantly chased solicitors etc as she was also aware of what we had been through. I can't recommend them enough. We made a stupid mistake and went with the wrong agency previously, if only we chose them first we'd be £30,000 better off and with less wrinkles and grey hairs.... Thankyou R&J from some very satisfied customers : )

AVOID!!!!!! Robinson Jackson Orpington Over promised, under delivered. Issues with honesty and fulfilling their promises. Allowed damage to our property & relaxed about who they gave access to. Failed to lock up. Arrogant and Negligent. Everything that you DON'T want an estate to be! Builders taken to the property by them caused damage to light switches and sockets were ripped from the wall. Newly laid carpets were lifted - all without permission.So desperate for sales that seemed to do everything that the buyer asked - with no thought of us. We experienced a continual disregard of our wishes. In fact some of the staff seemed rather too close to the buyer - which might have been the issue. Sharon did the complete opposite to our instructions, every time - and even ignored the manager's instructions As a seller we should not have to suffer as a result of their 'office politics'.The manager (John Speer) seemed fixated on adding more properties to their list, rather than actually selling them!Their original proposed asking price was flattering - but unrealistic - and it was downhill from then on. Said it was worth £315k - but in the end got £261k! Had they actually told the buyer about the few minor faults (as we had specifically instructed) he would not have asked for a further reduction. There was no negotiation of price reductions attempted by Robinson Jackson.We were told by John how Robinson Jackson were better than the others, how they did not over promise, how well they managed the sale after offer and that we were safe in their hands. They promptly went on to over promise, mis-manage the sale after offer and were worse than We Buy Any House - and that is saying something. I would say that they were negligent and arrogant about their own abilities.
