GoogleWhat a fantastic company. Chris Perkins has gone above and beyond to get this difficult sale through (probate sale), even when he was on holiday he was still on the case. He couldn't have worked harder if he tried. I would rate higher than 5 if i could. I would definitely recommend this company.

recently sold and purchased with Robinson in Strood - What a team. Can not fault them in anyway. Our journey started with Reece the branch manager who was brilliant from the get go. it was tricky transaction, with multiple properties involved including the sale of my parent property, but they got it all done with Ease. Charley and Jade in processing were incredible, updating ourselves and our buyers constantly and even dealing with all our solicitors in great depth. I could not recommend this branch more if I tried.

Absolutely appalling. We reviewed their website about their procedures with COVID and viewing properties. My parents who are cash buyers were looking to view a bungalow were told that they could not view the bungalow due to the fact that they had not sold yet?! They are in a fantastic position and are keen to find their dream home but were told by Nick the branch partner that they could not do this. When I pointed out that this information is not shared on the website he simply kept repeating that they had to have sold to be in with a chance of viewing. But this information is not anywhere on their site so I said it cannot be enforced if the rules are not clearly stated it is total misinformation at a high level. I told him that I would complain about the instant dismissal and total lack of service he simply said and I quote’ I’m the branch partner who are you going to complain to may I ask’? Customer Service you can appreciate at its very best! as an ex estate agent I’m dumbfounded. In this day and current climate he was happy to turn people away. Lost business on a potential sale in excess of £400,000. A real clever business move .. business idiot of the year. Avoid at all costs.

Good Morning Tracey Many thanks for your review. I am disappointed that you have felt the need to leave the review that you have. Especially as you are aware that we telephoned the owner of the bungalow you mention and explained that your parents were very keen to view the property. We asked if they would be prepared for your parents to view the bungalow albeit they are not currently in a proceedable position. As we explained the owner then confirmed they are more than happy for your parents to view when they are in a proceedable position and when the chain below is complete but were not willing to let them view before this. Re your comment I told him that I would complain about the instant dismissal and total lack of service he simply said and I quote’ I’m the branch partner who are you going to complain to may I ask’? You spoke with my colleague first who explained the situation. You then asked to speak to someone that you could make a complaint to and my colleague passed you to myself. I explained the situation to which you were still unhappy and asked who you could escalate the complaint to further. I explained that this would be myself. At no point did I say I am the Branch Partner who are you going to complain too. As discussed yesterday the owners are more than happy to arrange a viewing for your parents when they are under offer and able to proceed with a purchase if they are happy with the bungalow when the view it. We booked RJ to sell our home in early 2023 and were very impressed with the introduction. As time went by many people came to view the house but alas no sale. Eventually towards the end of the year we received an offer and were glad to accept. Only downside during the year was that on one occasion the garage door was left unlocked and a light was left on inside the house. The house keys were misplaced on one occasion but luckily we found a second pair.

Until your property is rented by RMJ, its a OK. Trouble starts when the Tenants stop paying rent, You as landlord has to chase RMJ for rent. No one from RMJ will contact you to give you update. Don't bother calling RMJ - Credit controller never answer the phone(I mean NEVER). Coming to Repairs - Have to chase many time to get quote. But Managing fee will be deducted, with out delay. All this is Full Managed Service.

Robinson and Jackson Blackfen had marketed a property with 'ample off street parking,' which consisted of 2 parking spaces on a driveway. After putting an offer in and getting accepted I asked to view the property again but the branch manager was reluctant to do so. I paid for the searches as he was being pushy then he was more relaxed about a second viewing. After asking again about the parking another estate agent confirmed she didn't know. She sent me the plans and after I checked them, it was clear no parking spaces belonged to the property. The branch manager said he would do what he would to get the matter resolved but obviously he couldn't do anything then he started to be quite rude again and was nit compromising between myself and the seller to re negotiate the price. I've now walked away from the property but lost out on £378 due to searches being paid for. Just be careful. Check everything don't be fooled by their marketing. I've got evidence of the marketing and the plans as they have now since changed it all.

Worst experience of a house sale ever. Not even worth 1 star. Poor advice from the beginning and throughout the sales process. My solicitor frequently suggested I told the agent to remember they (as my sales agent) were acting for me, not the buyer. They were equally concerned about their poor service. It was probably the most stressful experience I have ever had, despite my working at high levels across industry and the public sector, managing large budgets and challenging stakeholders Key issues included: - the agent's seemingly poor knowledge of the current market, where I felt my knowledge of it was as good or better than the agent - weak dealing with the buyer e.g. failing to give ultimatums etc. when the buyer reneged on issues Often the only action the agent took which was successful, was suggested by me. - All the issues I had identified at the beginning of the process as likely challenges that I wanted to avoid at all costs, came to fruition, despite my highlighting these as things I wanted to avoid and despite the agent assuring me that my concerns about particular risks were unfounded. The agent's advice was incorrect, ill-informed, and unhelpful as a means to inform my decision-making - response times were frequently not adhered too, so 'I'll call you back in 5 mins", where it actually took hours for a response to arrive. I was not expecting on demand responses but expected indications of timescales made by the agent were adhered to, even if to say there was no news and to give a new proposed time. - Although not directly affecting me, there were also comments which were either racist or sexist - not about me but about others which was very abhorrent to me. I was unconvinced they acted in my best interest or with good knowledge of the market. In the end the buyer didn't complete until 3 days after the agreed completion date and the agent should have had better knowledge of the market to determine the actions of the buyer more professionally. I could not decide whether the managers who dealt with my sale were incompetent or ill-informed about the market and the buyer. They also seemed unable to listen to criticism with an open mind and to learn from it. I was offered £100 at the end of the process (as is standard I gather) for any recommendation made, and my recommendation would be never use Robinson Jackson in SE London. I don't expect to get my £100 as a result of this recommendation though !!!

If you are looking to purchase or sell your home & you want to complete with the minimum of stress Simon is the best around
