In looking through the reviews of Robinson Jackson I would agree with many ot the adjectives applied to them by previous reviewers: Rude Deceitful Cheats Dishonest I would add a few more of the Bexley Branch Incompetent Overall a dreadful experience which has put me off selling my property. I am taking them to the Ombudsman - for what it’s worth. Disgusting company!

Lettings team at Welling very poor. As a landlord they left all the tenants checks until the last minute causing undue stress for me and the tenant. They fail to ring back numerous times and have poor communication in terms of taking action. Although they answer the phone promptly they don't take time to discuss things or give advice on the phone. I have switched agents and am astonished how much better the new letting agency is performing. I hope they improve their service. The online service for storing documents is very good and reminders are also good but let down by lack of support from the team.

Robinson-Jackson Lettings, Orpington When I gave the notice to end my tenancy to the Robinson-Jackson lettings team in Orpington, they got a new tenant fairly quickly and wanted to know if I can vacate earlier than the duration I have in the house as I've already paid the month's rent in advance. The new tenant wanted to move in early. I asked if the rent due for the days that I won't be occupying the property will be given back to me and they said yes. Upon vacating the property and giving the keys they acted as if they don't know about this conversation. I lost nearly £650 because of their ineptitude. They didn't inform the owner that he has to give the proportionate rent back to me as I am leaving the house early and left me out of pocket!!! Wouldn't recommend them because of their unfair business practices and lack of accountability!

I am so grateful to Robinson & Jackson Blackfen for their support & guidance throughout the sale process. I was impressed how quickly I received offers for the house & from then on the support was above & beyond my expectations. I had assumed once the offer was accepted, they would leave the solicitors to take over with me having to do any chasing myself. This was not the case at all. I was very grateful to receive weekly (sometimes more) updates from R&J & any queries I had were dealt with quickly & efficiently in a friendly manner. When potential issues with the buyer occurred, the staff resolved them to my satisfaction making me feel fully supported by them. I highly recommend this agency & wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Belvedere branch staff all very helpful and friendly . We had a few sleepless nights as our purchase had a couple of potentially unhelpful situations . Full marks to Belvedere for straightening things out to everyones satisfaction . This is our final house move but if we were to move again we would make Robinson Jackson our go-to estate agent .Unconditionally recommended 100% - thank you very much !

I had a difficult experience with the Belvedere branch.Some things were fine, such as the listing and the viewings.But they were also very unethical at times. For example they only told me that a prospective buyer's mortgage application failed two weeks after they learned of this. My property was off the market for much longer than necessary.

Robinson Jackson Eltham branch sold my house earlier this year and unfortunately I didn't have the best experience with them. I had an office administrator handling the majority of the sale, rather than a sales progressor, and the level of service was poor. I didn't feel like they had my best interests at heart and just wanted to get my case off their desk. On occasions where information hadn't been relayed to me and I copied in the manager, Jack Glyde, he didn't even bother to respond. I sadly found their overall level of service particularly poor and having worked in property before myself, I have a good idea of how things work. I definitely would not recommend them.
