GoogleWe bought through Reeds Rains Catford and found that all the staff were courteous, very friendly and fair, and they worked really hard to facilitate the move. Always very prompt with responses, always very patient and friendly. Would 100% recommend, they did a great job for our move. We felt a little pressured to use the in house mortgage brokers (which we didn’t use) but this was the only minor niggle in an otherwise great service.

GoogleI was involved as a contact in the selling of my elderly sister's home because she didnt understand the process. I cannot praise enough the staff at Reeds Rains. They went far and above their contractual obligations to help my sister move smoothly . Eugene and John visited her regularly and made many phone calls and filled out forms that she didnt understand. Many things that her solicitor should have done. They copied documents for her and kept in touch with me at every step of the way so i could then relay the information to my sister. I would not hesitate in using Reeds Rains in selling my home if the need arose. They are a credit to their company and their profession. TJR

GoogleVery helpful and real knowledgeable people here. Don’t hesitate to use them. Rachel , pete etc are great. They care. If your a tenant or landlord. Acorn and other estate agents just care about the commission not you.

GoogleThis is the second time I have used Reeds Rains Catford over a couple of years. The service provided was terrific and nothing was too much trouble. Pete certainly went the extra mile in supporting the sale and then followed the sale through the legal process dealing with problems in a proactive manner before they turned into major issues. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Great service and good value for money.

GoogleI enquired about a house over the phone, they were quite rude. This seems to be a common behaviour these days for estate agents, maybe they are getting comfortable with the competition from tenants to rent certain places and don't feel they need to be polite with potential clients.

GoogleThe team at Reeds Rains are sincerely the only estate agents I have ever worked with who I still liked and trusted by the end of the transaction. They work closely together and are practical, honest and kept things moving after we had agreed a sale. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone in Catford or Hither Green who is thinking of selling their home.

GoogleI cant speak highly enough of Reeds Raines Catford and a particular shout out must go to Pete. He worked his socks off on my sale which as of yesterday exceeded 140 days! GoogleReeds Rains (Catford) were absolutely amazing throughout our transaction. We sold through Reeds Rains. The whole experience was refreshingly better than anything we have experienced in London with property agents. If we ever buy/sell again I will not consider anyone but Reeds Rains.
