GoogleReeds Rains Catford branch has a tremendous work ethics. From finding a tenant for my property to fully managing it they pull out all the stops to get me the right tenant. Special thank you to Rachel in lettings. Also a massive thank you to Pete who was so instrumental in helping me to get completed the lease extension for the flat below. Without his help and assistant who knows how long it would have taken to complete. Fantastic estate agent to deal with and great staff.

GoogleAs a buyer I can say that I was really happy with the service I received at the Catford branch. My first viewing was with Ritis who was super helpful and had a lot of time for me. Totally different to all agents I previously dealt with. The process of sale was overlooked by Tara the manager. She was supportive, reliable and most importantly, proactive. Overall, great experience and I would definitely recommend this agency to everyone!

GoogleMy wife and I were in urgent need of a house in the Catford area... because we were about to give birth to our 3rd daughter/ princess. Eugene Grant-Evans and his team at Reeds Rains Catford were amazingly helpful and excellent at their jobs, and always so happy and cheerful, as they shepherded us through the house buying process from viewings to final pick up of keys. Thanks so much Eugene. You rocked! We are so happy with our purchase and your blessed work was a big part of that.

GoogleNot a single good word to say about this company. From searching social media i glad to see I'm not alone. Incompetence at every level. To cut a long story short, i had unpaid tenants (squatters) in an overcrowded flat share. Before moving into the property, i was assured i would be living with two professional adults. This was not the case. Instead, i was living with three other adults, one of which was unemployed and so was home all day with a baby that kept me up all night as well as causing overcrowding in the communal areas. Although aware of the situation from the very beginning Reeds Rains allowed this to continue over six months. All i wanted to do was leave my contract and cut all ties with this company but they would not let me leave without paying a hefty fee. The number of sleepless nights i have suffered is nothing when compared to helplessness i felt and inaction of their staff. The situation came to a head after being threatened at knifepoint in my kitchen for refusing to give the other occupants money, forcing me to leave with a police escort for my safety. Even after the incident Reeds Rains declined to give me back my month's rent or my deposit for a lengthy period leaving me to rely on the kindness of friends to sleep on their sofas until i could save up a deposit for a new flat. I only received my deposit back after my company threatened legal action. If you are a first-time renter do not be fooled, they are not on your side. Moving to London was a life ambition of mine and their incompetence destroyed this joyous time.

All i want to do is leave my contract and cut all ties with this company but they will not let me leave without paying a hefty fee. Moving to London was a life ambition of mine and this joyous time has been destroyed by their incompetency and i'm stuck here for another 6 months with no way out.

Rachel has been attentive, really listening to what our needs were and unlike some other estate agents, she followed through with her actions by showing us places that she felt would fit our means. She made the experience much more easier to handle and I appreciate all the work and effort she did for us.

GoogleI was absolutely blown away by Gentrit Mustafa at Reed Rains. My family had a tough job of moving during the holidays & he was incredibly helpful and amazing. Sorted everything out for us incredibly quickly in what I think might be record time in just 4 days over the holidays. Communication was perfect throughout. I’ve never come across someone so hands on & accessible throughout the whole process of moving. Honestly outstanding service from him. I will definitely be recommending both him & Reed Rains to anyone I know who wants to rent. 5 stars simply isn’t enough to express how pleased I am with my experience & the service provided by Gentrit. He deserves a million stars.
