GoogleTara easy to deal with, gave sound advice, helped to get both sides a good deal in difficult circumstances, moved the process along on both sides, kept in regular contact and arranged 2nd and 3rd viewings. Very helpful and straightforward. Would use again.

GoogleI used Reed Rains in Catford for the sale of my flat. The local office were very helpful on what proved to be a long and complicated sale. Tara at the local office was great without her and her contacts the sale would have fallen through.

Particularly Rachel Briggs, as she is really patient and always responds to our queries quickly and is happy to explain things in different ways so that we understand. She gives really good customer service.

GoogleReeds Rains + I Am Sold = really dodgy association. The SELLER withdrew and I Am Sold refuse to give us back the reservation fee - £48 000. Pure greed! How much did you get on the reservation fee Tara and Peter?

Hi Francois, I am sorry that you had a bad experience with I am sold. We have no control over the seller pulling out on your purchase. Both myself and Peter were very transparent about the contract you entered into with I am sold and my understanding is as a completion was not meet within the contracted 56 days the seller pulled out. Both Myself and Peter tried everything to keep the chain together and we are also extremely disappointed about the outcome.

GoogleI recently bought my flat with Eugene and Pete at Reeds Rains - I really couldn't rate them enough. They were really helpful, always available and went above and beyond to see the sale through in time for Christmas. And this was all done with a great attitude and friendly vibe. Buying and selling your home is a stressful time but working with these guys really took the edge off and I'm very grateful to them for that. They also have great hold music!

GoogleProfessional, great communication and importantly trustworthy! I've have dealt with very many estate agents but rarely am I left impressed with their service. Reeds Rains in Catford, headed by Pete have been excellent and in every way. My property was photographed beautifully, quality brochures, i had texts and emails for viewings and feedback plus weekly phone calls taking me through each appointment and their thoughts. An offer came within a short time and again, their regular contact and communication got the sale through with no fuss and no stress. I would recommend them highly to any seller.
