GoogleExcellent estate agents - very happy from the start where they were showing us around houses, letting us explore and were never pushy, all the way through the entire sales process to completion. I would estimate the average response time to emails was less than an hour and there was always someone available to answer a call and show us around the property that we were buying. You don't have a choice as a buyer who your estate agents are, but nonetheless can say that they really helped take the stress out of the whole house purchasing process, particularly for first time buyers. GoogleThe team (Jane, Steve, Adam and Geoff) at Paul Graham have been great when we purchased a flat. They proactively managed the purchase and liaised with both sets of solicitors and the sellers, politely nudging everyone along when required such we completed in less than two months from when we placed an offer (and that includes the festive break!).. Amazing set of professionals!.. thank you for all your help..

GoogleI bought my flat through Paul Graham six years ago, and was very happy to sell it through them again this time. They couldn't have been easier to deal with, especially when some problems with the Land Registry caused delays. They kept us informed at all times, smoothed over difficulties and really helped progress us towards the final goal. I am really grateful to Steve for advising us well when initially selling that flat and to Jane for keeping the process rolling even when things looked a little fragile! I would highly recommend them for their experienced, professional and personal approach.

GoogleJust had 1 property viewing with them and still had very bad experience with Jack from Paul Graham extremely rude person. They need training in how to talk to their customers. Not sure on professionalism either if this is how they talk to customers.
Thank you for providing feedback on your experience with Paul Graham. For clarity, you viewed a property and made an offer to buy. We requested information to support your offer. We heard no further from you and called you, leaving messages and emailed you without response. After 4 days we eventually spoke with your partner who advised that you hadn’t come back to us as you “were not 100% sure about the property”. We commented that making an offer on a property is taken seriously by ourselves and more importantly, the seller and that you shouldn’t make an offer unless you are completely comfortable, serious and committed to buying. At no point were we rude as you suggest. We have subsequently removed your details from our database as we could not feel confident in recommending you as a buyer to our clients. Regardless, we wish you well in your search.

Very accommodating to setup viewings even on short notice. Finally helped to close the deal on our top choice property and were very responsive throughout until completion of contract.
