Don’t pay a fortune for Professional Photos, Adam the branch manager took all the photos and a short video and it sold our property. We turned to Paul Graham (Carshalton branch) when another local agent had been unable to sell our 2 bedroom end of terrace property after months of trying. Paul Graham and worked hard to get the right viewings through the door. They kept us in the loop with progress throughout, advised us when the time came to considering offers to accept, and were sympathetic and helpful when an offer eventually fell through. They gave good advice about going back on the market and helped to make the eventual transaction as painless - and quick - as possible. We started to look for the house at the beginning of July 2021, it was really hard to find property which we would like but when we saw 3bed house on Carshalton that Paul Graham agency just put we understood, that house should be ours. It wasn’t easy to get it even if we had some savings agents checked all the offers very properly. But Yes our offer was accepted. It was pleasure to work with this agency, all the agents were nice and very professional, they help us to get our keys quickly, they were in touch with everyone with our adviser, solicitor and with us. Really happy from the service we've received from Paul Graham. They have been described by very happy friends as 'hand holdy' and I can completely agree. I felt very comfortable picking up the phone to ask questions and , when I wasn't getting an answer from my solicitor, knew that I would from Paul Graham, or they would find out for me. Excellent estate agents - very happy from the start where they were showing us around houses, letting us explore and were never pushy, all the way through the entire sales process to completion. I would estimate the average response time to emails was less than an hour and there was always someone available to answer a call and show us around the property that we were buying. You don't have a choice as a buyer who your estate agents are, but nonetheless can say that they really helped take the stress out of the whole house purchasing process, particularly for first time buyers.
