GoogleI tried to arrange to view a property however I was deterred from doing so as my budget was just under the asking price. This was very off putting to a potential buyer when all other estate agents in the area were very helpful.

Having reviewed our notes and spoken with my colleague that you spoke with, I understand that you made it clear that you could not afford the price being quoted and would only view if the owner would sell for a figure within your budget. When we advised that the seller would not consider the figures you suggested, you declined the viewing. My colleague offered to keep you informed of other properties that might suit your requirements which you also declined.
