GoogleWe were very happy with Paul Graham's handling of the sale of my mother's house. I chose them partly through a recommendation from a neighbour as to how professional they are, which they totally lived up to. They found a buyer within a few days, and although the death of my mother then put everything into suspension while we waited the standard 16 weeks (ridiculous!!) for the Grant of Probate , they managed the situation very attentively, as promised, and everything went completed as soon as was possible. Would certainly use again.

Google10 out of 10 Service!!! Paul Graham are the best Estate agent I have used. They dealt with the sale of my property and luckily the property I purchased was though Paul Graham too. Jane, Steve, Hannah, Jack and all the Team were magnificent. They kept me informed on all updates, they gave me excellent advice. Always came back to my calls and emails. I would 100% use there services again. If I ever move 😊 I will highly recommend this agent and the very professional and friendly staff that work at the Carshalton branch! Jack and Jane in particular were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the process, it's a shame I didn't use them the first time around when we put our property on the market last time round. GoogleAbsolutely the best Estate Agents! From the first call we received from Denise to view the property through to completion with Jane it has been absolutely the best experience of buying our first house. I can’t thank Jane enough for all her efforts, she took our calls all the time and her patience is something you don’t find in many estate agents. Most agents ignore you after the offer is accepted but Paul Graham are different and they have guided and helped us through out the process. Jane helped us chase our solicitors as well the sellers solicitors. I’m glad I choose our house through them, the process was made so easy by them. Thankyou so much to the entire team. Definitely recommend them to everyone.

GooglePaul Graham sold my late aunty’s house in Carshalton in August 2016. Steve Ash and his team sold the property extremely swiftly and were polite and professional throughout. They gave me prompt and clear information during the process and well thought out advice when necessary. I appreciated this as I don't live nearby and so don't know the local market. I would definitely recommend them to others.

GoogleWhen we were looking at options to sell our property, there were plenty of agents trying to wow us with their glossy marketing materials and promise of a ‘5-star service’. But these agents came up short when it came to in-depth knowledge of the local market and dedicated sales progression. Our sale didn’t go smoothly due to numerous issues beyond our control at the bottom of the chain. Without the dedication of Jane (Paul Graham’s sales progressor) I doubt it would ever have got across the line. While the agents handling the related sale floundered and failed to communicate, she kept a cool head and was in constant touch. Meanwhile, Jack’s knowledge of the local market is unrivalled, and the whole team were helpful and communicative throughout the process. I can’t thank them enough.

GoogleDespite hating estate agents, Paul Graham completely changed my mind. Jack, the branch manager, is on it. He’s professional, modern, and actually listens, not your typical “salesy” agent. He runs a great team and everyone that we interacted with was knowledgeable and helpful. But the real secret weapon and what truly made Paul Graham stand out is Jane, the sales progressor. There’s a saying: “time kills deals”, and trust me, Jane doesn’t let that happen. She kept everything moving, chased everyone when needed, and made the whole process so much smoother than my purchase, where I felt like I was doing all the heavy lifting. Honestly, if every agent worked like these guys, estate agents wouldn’t have such a bad name. Highly recommend.
