Jane has been so helpful throughout the process and has kept us up to date pretty much everyday during what was a very long, difficult buy. The process was very stressful, however Jane managed to alleviate some of that stress and was always happy to talk to us and answer any questions we had with a prompt reply. We can not fault Carshalton Paul Graham. We purchased our flat 5 years ago through them so we knew they were the ones to sell it for us. They did not let us down, Adam was very honest and trustworthy throughout the whole viewing process and got us the price we needed. We also purchased our family home through them, it made things so much easier only having to deal with 1 estate agents, who we could rely on. Jane was simply amazing all the way through to exchange, she kept us updated through out the whole process as we were the middle of the chain. We are very happy with our new home and are not planning on moving again but I would recommend Carshalton Paul Graham to everyone.

We bought through Paul Graham and they couldn't have been more helpful in what turned out to be a quite a long process. There were unforseen problems at the top and bottom of the chain but Paul Graham kept us informed at all stages and put pressure on people when they needed to. Estate agents don't always have a great reputation but these guys are a real antidote to that view.

This is the 2nd house in 6months that they have sold for us. They didn't disappoint on both occasions. The property was put on the market and sold within a week. They came into their own when going through the sales process, were available for help and advice and were proactive in supporting the sale. We were very happy with Paul Graham's handling of the sale of my mother's house. I chose them partly through a recommendation from a neighbour as to how professional they are, which they totally lived up to. They found a buyer within a few days, and although the death of my mother then put everything into suspension while we waited the standard 16 weeks (ridiculous!!) for the Grant of Probate , they managed the situation very attentively, as promised, and everything went completed as soon as was possible. Would certainly use again.
