The smoothest move. Jack and his team have been fantastic from start to finish. From the moment they came round to give us a valuation, they were honest with their opinions and you could tell straight away, we were with the right people. We gained a lot of interest immediately and the open day was a massive success, run to an absolute T by Jack. Once we proceeded further into the move, Jane was our sales progressor thankfully! What a wonderful lady to deal with. Easily contactable, always taking our thoughts and wishes into consideration, but first and foremost, excellent at her job. Updates were so regular, we knew where we stood at every moment. We had heard of some horror stories of people moving, but ours was never near that. Professional, honest and reliable service. What more could we ask for? I would like to thank the whole team at Paul Graham from top to bottom. Especially Jack and Jane. Can’t recommend them enough. 10/10.

I can't rate Paul Graham in Carshalton enough. We sold and brought our house with them and they were fantastic. Jack is honest and straightforward about asking price, and is realistic about the local market, and comes to a valuation with lots of information so you can benchmark his valuation. Pictures taken for our sale were very high quality and open days were managed very well, all the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, we lost our buyer part way through the process (not their fault), Paul Graham moved heaven and earth to get our property resold on under 2 weeks and kept the chain going. They also fact check all offers, so you know they are legitimate. Jane, the Sales Progressor, is amazing and always on hand to answer questions, chase up people and make sure the chain is moving. I really felt like they earned their fee about would recommend them 100%.

We cannot praise the team at Paul Graham enough, from the first visit from Adam to put our property on the market he made us feel comfortable. This was our first move in 37 years so both of us were very naive with procedure. Once sold we then dealt with Jane who was excellent dealing with many things and guiding us, and without her this would have been so much more stressful thank you Jane your a star. We had a great experience with Paul Graham from beginning to end and would highly recommend. We viewed a few properties through Paul Graham and they were very knowledgeable and professional. Unlike some other agents we viewed properties through, we never felt pressured and they were honest and transparent throughout the bidding process. During the subsequent sale, Sales Progressor Jane was undoubtedly the only reason the sale progressed within the agreed timeframes! Jane went above and beyond to support us very naive first time buyers in the process, and ensured the chain kept moving. As the other reviews say, Jane spun numerous plates, chasing up unresponsive solicitors and liasing with everyone in the chain right to the end. We are really grateful to Jane who was just brilliant, but also the wider team, who have provided a really great, personalised service throughout. We would use Paul Graham again without hesitation.

We find a house through this agency with the agent Adam. Everything was good until they started to lie, and I also thinking that the agent and seller knew each other as they said something, the vendor something and both lying. After 2 months of losing our time they called one day and say that the seller took back the house from the market, I was so surprised and I couldn't belive, so I've asked my sister to call them and ask about the house and the answer was: It's sold!!! The buyer's solicitor was incompetent to say the least, so Jane had to work even harder to constantly chase them and keep the process moving along. The process has been stressful but wouldn't have got to this stage if it wasn't for Jane, chasing up and updating us regularly. . My sister and I recently used Paul Graham to sell my late mother's house. They arranged an open weekend and we received 3 offers straight away and accepted the best offer. Then lock down hit and progress slowed down but during this time Lisa and particularly Jacqui kept us informed all the way, liaising with our purchaser and both sets of solicitors to keep things moving. We recently purchased our first (forever) house through Paul Graham. We had been shown round many houses prior to this by other estate agents that simply opened up the door and let us walk around and then locked the door on our way out. No communication other than a phone call on the Monday to see if we were putting in an offer. When we met Jack he had a full itinerary ready and waiting for us, from the specifications in the house, permits on the road and the history of the wardrobe doors. He stayed with us after and answered all our questions. You will not find any other estate agent around like him and he is definitely a credit to the company. As is Jane who was always warm, welcoming and friendly when calling. Perfect dream team! If you are looking for an estate agent that actually cares Paul Graham is the one to go with!

I can’t recommend Paul Graham enough. They became involved in our sale after months of viewings with an agent that over-valued our property and no offers. Steve showed us several local properties that were comparable to ours to explain his evaluation and within weeks we had two serious offers. Every time we’ve had contact with Steve, Jane, Denise and the team they’ve been ready with an update having chased solicitors and queries. I didn’t have to chase anything (as I’d been told I would have to by friends and family). If you’re selling in Carshalton and the nearby areas, you can’t beat an agent that knows the market and supports you through the sales/buying process like Paul Graham.

Paul Graham were not our sales agents but were representing the house we bought. They were extremely helpful, offered advice, and supported us more throughout the after care process than our own agent did. We used purple bricks for our sale but would recommend you go with Paul Graham especially if there is anything not straight forward about your sale that could mean further negotiations are required as they are worth every penny to save you stress. Jane was amazing and was a key part in ensuring our chain all went through, despite some tribulations along the way.
