worst customer service anywhere

They billed us for things we should not have been billed for then got no help from customer service who then passed it on to payments. 3 days later I look in the support inbox as instructed and it shows that the ticket is resolved but no answer was ever actually given. It boils my blood that I can't just speak to someone with the knowledge and authority to resolve this matter.

No customer service

No customer service, someone hacked my FB and got my account suspended 6 months ago, I’ve been emailing and messaging but no help or responses. You can only appeal FB via your insta but the person who hacked my FB connected a random insta to it. I don’t understand why there would be ONE route to appeal, and if you don’t have an insta connected, you simply cannot speak to anyone?? I had FB for 18 years I’m FUMING with them. Ridiculous.

Customer service is terrible

Customer service is terrible. my personel account got hacked so I couldnt access my business accounts . I used facebook greatly to promote my businesses, even through facebook adverts, paid! After countless messages an emails to facebook. No replies, nothing resolved. A very loyal customer for years has now lost faith in facebook completely. Also has scammers on facebook so be very deligant people, dont be taken for a fool.

Facebook - Hacked And Permanently Disabled.

Hello Facebook,I regret to inform, I have had a Facebook account for over ten years, used it for business and working on television. Recently been hacked and disabled. Had to open this account to find some support and I have had no customer service since. I have now contacted my solicitor and mailed their legal department. Been over three weeks and heard nothing back. I have been treated like I’m none existent and left in the dark. My account was Hacked over a week ago, all my personal details were changed, so there was no way I could access anything. Even putting my old details in, I could not restore or get back into the account. Worse still, Facebook has no contact details, and even using 2 E Mail addresses I had for them, explaining the situation, I heard nothing back from them. So now my account is being used by a Fraudster who easily managed to change all my details, whilst the real person cannot do anything. Totally useless Company.

Now Facebook… my first STABLE account was made in 2010 (I had an account before that one, that randomly got deleted.) I ran through so many accounts because of Facebook security issues. I’ve been having the same issue I’ve had on TikTok on Facebook for the longest times. I know someone has been on my account because they’re unblocking people I’ve blocked already, but there’s no suspicious activity and I know I haven’t given anyone access in years and changed my security information a bunch of times since then..

Filled with scammers. Emma watson. Visited 110 groups. All fake, scammers and liars. Won six cars, over 7.2 million USA dollars. Amount received none. Constand demand for money for membership cards, visiting paperwork etc especially 100 dpllar apple cards. Received demands for money to buy food because they were starving and treated like slaves. Reported this frequently. Not a single site was removed. Posted warnings on main page nothing happened.

Garbage Security

They don't care about security. Ive been receiving password reset emails for the past week. 10+ a day, when I requested my account info, the IP of these is from all over the world.What kind of stupid system lets resets come from halfway round the world within a couple hours of each other, who am I, The Flash?Theres no way to turn off these emails, so I have to either get spammed, or make a new email address to link to my FB.Also when the emial is sent, the reset code is in the header, great security there Zuck.But we all know you're a robot anyway.

DON’T SHIP AN ITEM YOU SOLD ON FACEBOOK MARKETPLACE THROUGH THEIR SHIPPING SERVICE

My review is for Facebook Marketplace which owes me $180 for an item I sold on their platform. I recently purchased a new iPad so I placed my old one on Marketplace. It was in excellent working and cosmetic condition. It sold and I opted to ship it through the Marketplace shipping service which sent me a prepaid label, the cost of which would be deducted from my sale revenue. So, in effect, they are acting as my “agent” by collecting the money from the buyer. In addition, they charge a fee which is also deducted. I was to receive the balance of the proceeds from the sale once the iPad had been shipped and received. I have used this service before so when the money owed me was not deposited in my PayPal account after a reasonable time I contacted their customer service by email (it is impossible to speak with a live person). They responded by letting me know there was an issue with the buyer regarding payment. I was told that the money owed me had been placed in my “account” and it would take over a month for them to release it. When the month was up I again contacted Marketplace and went back and forth with them until their final correspondence basically said there was nothing more they could do (translation: I am SOL in receiving my money from the sale or the return of my iPad!). My question to them would be why they sent me the shipping label before the buyer had paid for the item? If I had shipped directly I would have “money in hand” first. They took over my transaction so they are responsible for not being paid which is between Marketplace and the buyer. I believe Marketplace should pay me, a retiree living on a fixed income who makes a little extra income by selling on Marketplace and eBay, directly. Like that will ever happen!

Seen this message “ your instagram account is breaching rules - please login to your account and follow rules “ Not our instagram account to be able to sort - that’s the first scam but this results in - Our business - New Road Service Station Facebook page was compromised by a scammer and facebook are useless and exceptionally unhelpful in getting your account back from fraudsters - I’m shocked Facebook doesn’t seem to care or have any decent procedures for this - seen many comments mirroring mine and their whole business relied on FB - sort it out you are a multi million pound business !

Such a bad user experience is unbelievable.

Facebook blocked my main account and Ad account for no reason, but surprisingly, they continued to deduct my ad fees from my bank card (my ad settings were set to run long term before the account was blocked). Since my account was blocked by them, I couldn't log in to the ad account to set it up. I sent them several emails emails, but no one responded. Such a bad user experience is unbelievable.

I cannot speak highly enough of Gareth and his team. Most of my communication has been with either Karen or Gareth and has consistently been to the highest of standards. They react so quickly to any issues and are beyond supportive. My house was sold very quickly which has been the case on each occasion they have been responsible for the sale of my properties. I will be selling another house in the not too distant future and would not consider going to anyone else. I cannot express how supportive Gareth and Karen have been, taking all the pressure away from me. I would highly recommend Gareth and his team to anyone thinking of selling a property.
