Hello Facebook,I regret to inform, I have had a Facebook account for over ten years, used it for business and working on television. Recently been hacked and disabled. Had to open this account to find some support and I have had no customer service since. I have now contacted my solicitor and mailed their legal department. Been over three weeks and heard nothing back. I have been treated like I’m non-existent and left in the dark. I have never encountered a more unsecured and frustrating platform than Facebook. Despite having two-factor authentication enabled, someone still managed to hack my account. To make matters worse, Facebook removed my account without any valid reason. When I tried to appeal this decision, they rejected my appeal and permanently deleted my account.The entire process was incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. It's clear that Facebook doesn't prioritize user security or provide adequate support for account recovery. I highly advise against using this third-class app, it's a complete waste of time and not worth the risk. Stay away from Facebook if you value your security and peace of mind.For so many years their system did not even know which one is a hacker and which one is a real person trying to get back his account. I have provided my IDs and other information but no luck. I did not even use the Facebook app on my phone, because its a time wastingBut I am a digital marketer and I have so many business pages to manage in this account and run ads but now see all the pages gone.I want to give you minus feedback but there is no option here so I have to give one star but you guys didn't deserve this too.And I am sure one day this company will be wiped from the world because of their third-class services and no contact support.

My Facebook got suspended because someone connected a Thai Instagram account to it and posted things that got my account locked, and there's no way for me to get in touch with support because it requires me to log in to the Instagram account (that isn't even mine) to submit an appeal. I've sent emails to all kinds of Facebook related adresses hoping for someone to be able to help, but to no avail. All my memories for the past 10+ years are just gone.

I hadn't even used it yet and they banned it saying it was in breach of community standards. How the f!ck could it be in breach when hadn't used it yet nor finished setting it up with profile pics and so on. I hope facebook devs and workers all get shot the invalid useless no good c*nts

While well-intentioned, Facebook's recent data protection steps have resulted in a frustrating user experience that leaves much to be desired. The constant requirement for two-factor authentication (2FA) PIN entry upon every login across all devices, even when accessing from a trusted home network, is a significant inconvenience. This excessive security measure disrupts the user flow and adds unnecessary friction to the login process.Moreover, the chat's end-to-end encryption feature is poorly implemented, requiring a separate PIN that is different from the 2FA PIN. This confusing design choice led to me being locked out of my account after entering one of my generated PINs for standard access. The lack of clarity and consistency in PIN usage is a significant oversight on Facebook's part.Ultimately, Facebook Messenger offers no unique features compared to other popular chat apps like Telegram and WhatsApp. Given the frustrating user experience caused by these poorly designed data protection measures, I have decided to switch to alternative platforms that provide a seamless and user-friendly experience while still ensuring the security of my data.Facebook must streamline its data protection processes and prioritize user experience to retain its user base in the face of growing competition. Until then, I bid farewell to Facebook Messenger and embrace more user-centric chat applications.

F-ck Facebook. I have never once had a motherf-cking seemless easy login with this app. Every f-cking time I log in it takes 20 minuets to reset the password 3 times because the other 2 didnt work (also noted i use a password manger so no i didnt forget it). Then it makes me veryify with another device or some b-llshit that either im on or just doesnt work. F-ck facebook never used without 20 issues and will not be ever using again.

Disgraceful platform.I am currently facing harassment from an old man who was preying on me and who managed to steal my photos from my smartphone. This person has created explicit and offensive photo montages using my pictures and has shared them on various social media platforms, including Facebook. Despite reporting this violation of privacy and providing evidence of the seven videos created by this individual, the platform claims that the content does not breach their privacy rules. It is deeply concerning that my photos, full legal name, and location are being exposed, along with defamatory statements made by this individual. Facebook's indifference to this matter is alarming, especially when local laws clearly state that such actions are criminal and punishable by imprisonment and fines. It appears that Facebook prioritizes protecting criminals rather than their users. Consequently, I am left with no choice but to pursue legal action against this platform for their complicity in enabling this mentally disturbed individual. What makes this situation even more distressing is the fact that I do not even have a Facebook profile. Therefore, it is utterly unacceptable that someone who is not me can freely use my photos and share my personal information without my consent, while Facebook turns a blind eye to such behavior. This is truly disgusting.

Ignored by Facebook Tech Support, 1.3 Stars Well EarnedIf there was a lower rating than 1.3 stars on Trustpilot, Facebook Tech Support would deserve it. The service is beyond terrible, it’s nonexistent. They don't bother responding to any feedback or complaints. It's like your issues go into a black hole when you try to get help.I experienced this first-hand when I needed assistance. The rep barely listened and ended the call by promising to set up another appointment, which of course, never happened. It’s like they think they can do whatever they want without any accountability.What’s worse, a quick look at Trustpilot shows I’m not alone; tons of people are getting the same cold shoulder. Not a single response from Facebook to any of the complaints. It’s clear they don’t care about their users at all. Just steer clear of their so-called support. You’ll save yourself a lot of frustration.

My 20 year old Facebook account was hacked. I have been banned and everything is deleted. It’s my belief my personal details have now been used to attack my other accounts now too.Plus I now have no access to my 6 year old business page but I received a notification that some random person was made admin of my page. It’s terribly worrying what has been done.I’ve reached out on every possible way I can to seek help but it appears customer service is nonexistent.Friends and acquaintances made during my lifetime who I only stay in touch with via that platform have now been lost to me. I’m just really perplexed how there is no customer service and no way to appeal the error they made.Also wth is up with marketplace. My friend used her account to list some items to sell for me, scammer after scammer after scammer. How on earth are those ppl allowed accounts but you permanently ban me when I’ve had the account since the beginning. I really hope no one was caught by them because they are very convincing.

Had a update today they have not withdrawn the post as they are busy sorting out bigger world problems. Just goes to show they don't give a dam . So be warned if you are scammed on Facebook they have bigger world problems than to bother looking after your security.

They billed us for things we should not have been billed for then got no help from customer service who then passed it on to payments. 3 days later I look in the support inbox as instructed and it shows that the ticket is resolved but no answer was ever actually given. It boils my blood that I can't just speak to someone with the knowledge and authority to resolve this matter.

No customer service, someone hacked my FB and got my account suspended 6 months ago, I’ve been emailing and messaging but no help or responses. You can only appeal FB via your insta but the person who hacked my FB connected a random insta to it. I don’t understand why there would be ONE route to appeal, and if you don’t have an insta connected, you simply cannot speak to anyone?? I had FB for 18 years I’m FUMING with them. Ridiculous.

Customer service is terrible. my personel account got hacked so I couldnt access my business accounts . I used facebook greatly to promote my businesses, even through facebook adverts, paid! After countless messages an emails to facebook. No replies, nothing resolved. A very loyal customer for years has now lost faith in facebook completely. Also has scammers on facebook so be very deligant people, dont be taken for a fool.

My account was Hacked over a week ago, all my personal details were changed, so there was no way I could access anything. Even putting my old details in, I could not restore or get back into the account. Worse still, Facebook has no contact details, and even using 2 E Mail addresses I had for them, explaining the situation, I heard nothing back from them. So now my account is being used by a Fraudster who easily managed to change all my details, whilst the real person cannot do anything. Totally useless Company.

I’ve been having the same issue I’ve had on TikTok on Facebook for the longest times. I know someone has been on my account because they’re unblocking people I’ve blocked already, but there’s no suspicious activity and I know I haven’t given anyone access in years and changed my security information a bunch of times since then..
