I have reported many scam pages that have stolen money from many individuals.But Facebook allow these pages to stay up. And the ads continue to run.I alert the companies but they are also unable to get Facebook to remove these pages and ads even when there is obvious copyright infringement.This makes Facebook a dangerous social media platform for our more vulnerable friends and family.

Zuckerberg said in court fact checkers are just students with opinions !!He was also called out for allowing ped@ sites and allowing grown men to visit them. He's excuse was disgusting saying " we give people the choice to choose before they visit the site's but stumbled when asked why he doesn't remove them. He's a pervert like the rest of the elite running our world and the agenda is clear. Normalize sex with children. Confusing them to think they are gay or trans at 7 years old. Wake up world and don't say you wasn't warned.

My account has been hacked, all of my log in details have been changed. When I try to log in with an old password it says account has been disabled due to a linked instagram account I have never heard of. I appealed and sent in a selfie, rejected. No customer service, no one to talk to. Tried to open a new account and it rejected that too. Looks like I am done with Facebook but to be honest it’s become a joke anyway, saturated with scammers and the user experience is dire.

My daughter’s account was taken over by someone else. She was locked out, everything was changed except for her name. I have screenshots of them changing over with their email address and phone number. They are also messaging people with cash app with a name (I also have a screenshot of that) demanding people to give them money! I’ve had many people report it, but FB says it doesn’t go against community standards so it will remain open. While these hackers get to use my daughter’s account to do whatever they please!! I just want her account deleted so they aren’t using her information and her pictures!!!!

Absolutely joke . Lost an account of since 2007 lost photos clients contacts messages all because I got hacked. Try to appeal but asks me to log in to send the form , what logic is that. Worst of all I had two step verification on and when it went down last month I couldn’t even log into my own account because I needed to confirm the log in code from an account I was logged in . But obviously wasn’t logged in , so if I have to go through all that how can someone hack my account and all I get asked is to confirm if it’s then ( I clicked it wasn’t me ) then to change password by that time I couldn’t do anything . Tell me where your two step veto still came into play then. Your customer service is poor fraud hacking and absolutely nothing in place to protect and help the so called customers you aim your product at. What a let down if a service honestly there needs to be more in place to help people when they got hacked. You end up in a cycle of click link try this try that to end up at the same place over and over just have someone there to talk to if they have tried everything and Carnt get no where .

Shame, shame, shame Facebook. I have never come across a company as scandalous as this. I have turned these fake profiles in trying to scam me out of my money and out of my friends money and my mother’s money. And you’ll never do anything about it and that’s gonna be your downfall. I’m going to do this every time so I try to scamming and somebody just tried to scam me a couple days before this day . Which makes you pathetic

I am bombarded with inaccurate emails from Facebook.This is often sent to me:‘It looks like someone tried to log in to your account on dd/mm/yyy.An alternative email Facebook often send, equally inaccurate and unnecessary is:‘We've noticed an unusual login from a device or location you don't usually use’. I always log in from the same PC, in the same room of my one and only home.Facebook appears to have robotic faulty security systems. Probably ancient technology.It’s inconvenient having to read these emails and worse when a password has to be reset yet again.Then even worse is an email with a link that is highlighted as being to a dangerous website by antivirus software.I expect an unhelpful robotic reply to this review (if Facebook respond). That usually happens.

Beware!!! if you value your money, & sensitive information. Do not use their marketplace. I repeat, do not use their marketplace. I have repeatedly turned people in for trying to scam me into a code being sent to my phones so they can get into my phone and get my credit card information and I have turned them in over and over on Facebook won’t do anything. my friends have been hacked so many times it’s not even funny. Not only their profile on Facebook but their phone. It’s sad because the American people are hurting and they are hurting us more and more by not taking these fake profiles down & these fake profiles have gotten so bad on Facebook that it’s not even fun anymore.

Let us understand the rhetorical question, the metaphor and the irony in "Shall I not drink the cup the Father has given me?" The Lord did not ask the question so that we answer it, but so that he answers it for us. The Bible answers it on his behalf. The metaphor compares dying for the world and drinking wine pressed out of sinners' sinfulness. Like dying for the world, drinking a cup of sinners' sinfulness kills. The metaphor signifies that when we sin the Lord God presses the sins into fatal wine and makes us drink. The irony is that the Lord refused being saved from dying for the world. It reveals what a Great Saviour we have in him. It feels to me that we should call these the greatest rhetorical question, metaphor and irony in the history of mankind because he used them shortly before he died for the world.

Facebook aids and abets identify theft by refusing to recover or remove stolen accounts. I am at a loss as to how to keep the hacker from sharing photos of my grandchildren! It is a personal violation and Facebook should be held accountable. The hacker is sharing crypto currency and real estate scams and even creating reels using my name and photo! Facebook’s response after I and others reported: we reviewed and you are not being impersonated! Well, yes, I am!

Never in my entire life have I met such scrupulous and low-spineless company, excuse me, mega corporation that does not care about its customers. Tried to submit an appeal to recover my hacked account, cannot even upload my IDs. They recognized the uploaded selfie and said I submitted an appeal when in fact I just wanted to create a new account. Facebook, you just dug your own grave, I will never use your social media again, not even Instagram, Threads, Mastodon or whatever. You collected all my data and used it against me, a huge F you and I hope you go bankrupt. This is not how you make a business. F YOU.

My Facebook account has been Hacked and also my email. I have called the Facebook Fraud helpline number in America, 3 times and the calls haven’t been answered. The hacker has change my email address and password, so I am unable to delete the account.We have tried messaging Facebook on my husband’s account, asking them to call me, but again, no response. Does anyone know how I can delete my account without my login details or does anyone have another telephone number for Facebook fraud department please?

Absolute trash of a service. I came across a person who has been posting continuous racist and violent content that relates to not only hate and violence against people based on race and religion but also promoting the killing and in some instances encouraging terrorist activities against certain races and countries. I reported these posts to Facebook and today have received the feedback that they feel they don't break any community standards and have taken no action. I guess it must be dependant which race or religion the violence is being targetted that is the decider for Facebook reviewers. Have now reported to local authorities as evident Meta Platforms cannot self regulate despite their deceitful claims.

Not at all impressed with Facebook market place. Paid 2 different sellers for dj controllers. They never arrived. When I complained to Facebook they only investigated one sellers and said he passed their test. Yest a month later I'm still without my items and both sellers don't reply to my messages. Shame on you Facebook. Your reporting system is Flawed which allows scammers to take advantage of the people Facebook have an obligation to protect.

Been on Facebook since 2008 be very careful who you take random friend requests from, as for the marketplace DON'T ever use it to buy from. More scammers than they have in Philippines!!!Don't ever agree to meet anyone if you decide to try to buy from there anywhere apart from a public place, never enter a house to see what you want to buy...!As for Facebook itself it's ok but just be aware that there scammers even on the normal Facebook without using marketplace, be very careful what you post outside of your friends list to the public.The police, department of social services, most government agencies use Facebook to check on people they spend weeks gathering information on you if your a target for them. You have been warned!!!!

No support. Suddenly you cant log in and you can not reset password, after Meta got hacked! I just get error messages like "We limit how often you can post, comment or do other things in a given amount of time in order to help protect the community from spam. You can try again later". this message you will get 20 times during the hole week, even though it has nothing to do with post, spam or comments! Facebooks sucks big time!

Doesn’t even merit a one! Engineer needs to come to us to take a SIM card out. Messages to my husband are going straight to voicemail without leaving a number, won’t speak to me on my number even though registered. I suggested phone on my phone and I will pass to him. Won’t even do that. Absolute rubbish, all to pick up a SIM card fgs!!!!

Facebook has way too much power. They incorrectly suspended/disabled my account without warning. I have tried emailing many departments numerous times. I haven’t received 1 response from any! I have lost all my FB contacts, groups, events….everything!!!! Now that they ensured that I can’t access my account, they are non-stop fraudulently billing my credit card. I’ve already had to close 2 credit card accounts because of FB astronomical scam charges. Of course, their solution is to log into my account. This is impossible due to FB disabling my access. They are so crooked!!!
